Catracho
starting lineup: -----------------------------------Valladares----------------------------------- Mendoza---------------------Chavez--------Figueroa----------------------Izaguirre ------------------------------Palacios-----Guevara------------------------------- Alvarez-------------------------------------------------------------------Rambo -----------------------------------Suazo------------------------------------ -------------------------------------Pavon----------------------------------- but it may change. we might play with Suazo in Pavon's position, Rambo in Suazo's position, then move Ramon Nunez to Rambo's position. or we might play with this formation, only with Welcome in place of Pavon. star players: Wilson Palacios, David Suazo, Edgar Alvarez and Maynor Figueroa. Catracho
http://www.diez.hn/Honduras%20en%20Europa/Ediciones/2010/06/05/Noticias/David-Suazo-y-Wilson-Palacios-estan-lesionados I think I'm pretty sure its time to sound the alarms. David Suazo and Wilson Palacios both came out due to injuries. it says David Suazo's injury isn't much to be worried about, since he only suffered a minor Muscle Contract, but on this is where the alarms get louder... The Honduran medic says Wilson Palacios' injury seems something to worry about, as he injured his left adductor and was on the ground for several minutes before he got stretchered off. Catracho
according to DIEZ, Wilson Palacios says "Thank god I feel fine and my injury isn't a serious one" the same can be said for El Pantera Negra, David Suazo. Chile has touched down in South Africa, the first of our rivals to be there, while Uruguay alarms almos went off also, after Diego Forlan fell to the groudn during practice with a small injury to his left leg, but unfortunately the Swiss can't say the same as they predict that Behrami's injury may keep him out with the match against Spain. Catracho
thanks Honduras participated in their second training session today in Pretoria iirc. Honduras face Chile in the first game of Wednesday's Group H doubleheader for yall who don't know. Also David El Pantera Negro Suazo and Wilson El Mago Palacios will be game time decision for Wednesday's Group H opener. Rueda insisted that he will make his decision a few hours before kick-off. Catracho
Suazo and Palacios are confirmed as match fit for Wednesday's debut against Chile. They will also wear the white kit, which iirc is the home kit. Can't wait!!!

Catracho
according to the rumors, Bielsa is putting Valdivia as a forward, in other words, Chile will be playing with no real forwards (except for Alexis Sanchez, but he is not a area box forward)
Catracho
2:32 PM BST Chile striker Humberto Suazo appears to be annoyed by his injury problems. Chile take on Honduras on Wednesday. I think its almost certain that El Chupete will not debut against Los Catrachos.

PMLF
I think you should let Catracho or Trildor (I think this his username) make it, since they are from the countries involved in the game.
tcoleman1
Yeah I thought they might want to do that. Just seeing as it starts pretty much in the morning I thought I would let them know otherwise someone else might do it.

batch
Last August Oscar García, whose middle name is Boniek thanks to a parental fondness for the red-haired Polish striker who was playing for Juventus at the time of his birth, was widely reported to be about to join his fellow countrymen Hendry Thomas and Maynor Figueroa at Wigan Athletic. The marauding full-back, or right-sided midfielder, from the Olimpia club has won 43 caps for Los Catrachos and is regarded as one of the most consistent players in Central America. Sadly, despite his pace, skill and vague resemblance to Robbie Earle, the 25-year-old wasn't good enough to persuade Wigan's Roberto Martínez that he was worth the £1.5m asking price and was sent back to Tegucigalpa after a trial. He probably wouldn't have been able to displace the imperious Mario Melchiot anyway. Wigan's attempts to be an outpost of Honduran excellence suffered a further setback in January when García's World Cup team-mate, the defender Johnny Palacios (brother of Wilson), was apparently on the verge of joining the Latics, but then didn't. Unlike García, Johnny has no unusual Christian names, but according to the always reliable Wikipedia, he does have "a very well-known fascination with bananas". Catracho
lol Batch in Honduras his name is Jhonny. And also They had polish media very intrigued about Boniek's name since its polish. Spot on But its quite common to have odd names like that especially among Mesquito tribes in Honduras...they have names like John Kennedy, Michael Jordan or as ridiculous as John Deer
mcsheffreygreat
lol whose Kingson?? Haha, I had a spazout moment thinking Richard Kingson, the Ghana goally, played for Honduras Probably because they both played at Wigan Athletic at one point.
