Your results with this tactic will as good as you can find suited players for it. More players suited than better results will be. If you gonna try it, please notice: - This tactic contains specific O/I and Manual Marking so make sure you didn’t ask your Assistant Manager to set up O/I for you. - Manual Marking and O/I already set in tactic just plug and play. - Also notice if you going to test this tactic by “Go on holiday” method than your result would be worse Manual Marking doesn’t work in this case. Manual Marking is very important for this tactic. - WBL/WBR are very important positions for this tactic. Players on these positions must be competent at defense and attack. Like does your club, staff or players perceive you differently and negatively? In practical sense press conference need to boost your players morale and lower morale for opposition players. Totalfootballfan Posted January 19, 2014 Author Share Posted January 19, 2014 Guys, I’ve just finished another test – Southampton, 1st season EPL, no transfers, Media prediction 12th. I’m totally satisfied with results. First of all I want to say, more I play more it convince me that under current ME environment if you want win games you need score at least 3 goals -)) because opposition team can have few corners and score goal also GK and Defenders can make crazy mistakes at any moment which lead to stupid goals, any cross or free kick can hit woodwork and GK jumps and lying on the ground and leaving goal defenseless. Ok, back to the test. After 30 games played I found myself comfortable 1st place and stopped testing because all necessary data had been received. Also my team scored most of goals 74! Only I recommend only don’t play Suarez as STCR because he has “Gets forward whenever possible” and this is very bad PPM for this position totally don’t suit it. In order to have full picture need to play full season or at least 25-30+ games. P.S. Also there’re situations when it’s 75-80 min of the match and you lead only +1 goal but you see that your team very tired cond. 65-75% most of players and also some key players got injured you can switch for this tactic. My decision depend on many factors. For example, how game is going… consider factors like: possession, my team fit. condition, strength of opposition, tactic of opposition. There will be some strange results in the beginning, but give it some time and it will work very nicely. I took over Espanyol in Liga Adelante, a team stripped of former stars and won the league by 20 points. First season in the big league have been fairly good, but I've been insanely unlucky with injuries. 3 of the key players (Thievy, Bazarite and Ben Yedder) out for at least 8 months. I'm in March now, I'm playing the cup final against Barcelona and sitting 7th in the league, with a very weak team on paper. No money to spend and had to sign a lot of players as free agents and loan deals. We have beaten Barcelona at home, drew 2-2 against Real away (again, unreal result given both their goals came in stoppage time from set pieces). Also beat Valencia and Sevilla on the way to the CdR final. Just finished counting the conceded goals. Took some time but here are the stats: 72% from set pieces, excluding penalties. Majority of course from corners. 11% from mistakes made by either CB or GK (or both). My GK have saved both penalties so far. The rest is from open play. Switched to last 3 games of the season and won all three although tactics only trained about 50%..3-1, 4-0 and 4-2. Last two games v Celtic. I'm Rangers btw. Will update on full season when done. Tactic has potential if the defence was tighter. I had the same type of problems, particularly in the beginning of each season. This is down to tactical familiarity in my experience. Once we approached the latter stages of the season I was unbeatable. Bear in mind that this alwaus happened when I brought a lot of new players in.
