MisterX
This tool is also correct for FM14!!! I just make a tool which calculate the star rating of a coach for each aera of training. Very usefull for those who don't understand the calculation or those who are to lazy to calculate it by itself. Just fill in the attributes of the coach in the excel file and immediately see the star rating for each area. It can't be easier Languages are English, Dutch, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Swedish, Norwegian en Polish. . Just change the tab. Each language has his own tab. 1. Download 2. Unrar 3. Open with Excel or OpenOffice 4. Adapt the attributes 5. The star rating appear immediately A screen with everywere a 10 als value (in English) A screen with the attributes of Johan Cruijff filled in (in Dutch). Download link I hope you enjoy it! You are allowed to share this tool, but please use the origional download link. Please do not re-upload the file.
MisterX
Remark: Tools for previeus versions of FM are not accurate, since some of the formulas behind the rating changes. Therefore I decided to make a new tool for FM13, since i couldn't find an accurate tool for FM13. All tools I saw where build for FM12 or earlier. MisterX
Please use English screenshots, these are English speaking forums. Added a second screenshot, this time in English. http://www.gamefront.com/files/17433754/FM%20Coach%20Calculator.zip Uploaded in 2010. So I'm sure it is not also correct, since the formulas behind the stars has changed al little bit this year. If they wasn't changed, i didn't make a tool

As far as I knew it was all the same formula from what I've seen in my own games. Do you have any evidence to support this?
MisterX
If I hadn't, i wouldn't share it, since the tools of previeus versions will be do the job GK-areas change a little bit. One also depends on technical, the other on tactical. So a high goalkeepers attributes isn't enough to be a good trainer of Shoot stopping of handling. I will give some examples: Eric Steele of Man Utd. Attributes Goalkeeper: 20 Determination: 16 Level of Discipline: 13 Motivating: 19 An older tool would see: 4,5 star at Handling and 4,5 at stopping shots. Agree? Buth for handling, he gets only for 4 stars. Just like this tool says. Let us look to some other attributes: Technical: 9 Tactical: 7 This little diffence makes the difference between 4 or 4.5 stars. From this, it is not clear, the the difference indeed comes from the technical and tactical attributes, but it shows that there indeed is a difference between previeus years. The other areas are the same as previeus years. There a no changes. edit: If you won't believe, check some stars of coaches which assign to the GK-areas. In many cases the stars are not equal. bluesjunior
Why download from gamefront site???? :confused:The updated download link is in the post #1: it's the multilanguage tool. I did use the link from post 1 but it was empty when I unrared it, hence I tried the other links. Funny thing is that I re-downloaded the OP and this time it opened up in Open Office fine. Never mind, all's well that ends well, what.
MisterX
Don't know the problem. I think, you did something wrong. Can't think on something else. But now it works for you, so the problem is already solved. For the record: The gamefront site posted in the thread is an old tool made by someone else, which isn't up to date anymore. H.S Thompson
Im having problems downloading the file using the first link. MisterX
And this one? If i'm right, you immedaitely get the question where to save the file. It is the same download, but you don't have to click on 'download'. You will immedaitely get the question what to do with the open: Open it (select winzip, winrar or an other program which can open .zip-file) or save on your computer and open it from there. MisterX
FM14 use the same calculation as FM13. So you could use this tool also for FM14. Could a moderator add FM14 also in the title of this thread?

MisterX
I haven't bought FM15 but some other ones have checked that the formulas are the same, so this tool should be also up to date for FM15.

MisterX
Yes MisterX, your tool works very well with FM15 I recommend to you to buy FM15, perhaps it is one of the best of the last years What makes it better thanjn FM14?
MisterX
I find the tool in the link below much better and no download necessary, just bookmark the link and use as needed.http://www.fmscreener.com/online-calculator#att=15|def=11|fit=8|goa=5|men=11|tac=15|tec=13|det=20|lev=13|mot=20 I made this tool when afaik there where no correct tool. So i just make a simple tool. Now there will be more better looking tools. That's fine. The formulas seems not be changed this year, so this tool is still valid for FM16. Maybe a moderator can add this to the title (FM13/FM14/FM15/FM16 or just FM13-FM16)
