I think Fabregas (Determination 20) might be the best tutor available for him. Also, he can learn preffered moves like Tries Killer Ball Often and Comes Deep To Get The Ball from him. I think he's got what it takes to be a top class MCa, maybe his marking could do with some looking at but his positioning and tackling aren't too bad considering his age. Only concern is he's 5"6...
