fatboyjohnmulhern
I have recently been sacked by Luton after getting them promoted (another stroy) but when i looked for a new job and i applied, it suddenly dawned apon me. When real maangers apply, they often have interviews like normal jobs. So i reckon they could implement a media conference type of interview system where you are asked questions by the board on how you would spend money etcc and if you answer the right questions you will increase your chance of being offered the job. So, would an interview process for an applied job work?
jod123
Yeah, I think it would. Although it would not be a media conference thing, just the board/chairman asking you questions.
fatboyjohnmulhern
Yer i know but like a series of questions will be asked in the format of a media conference. I think you should also be able to send your agent to attend if it is not your most favourite application.
mlawrence00
That is a fantastic idea!!!

joshmay07
i love this idea and shudnt be to hard to implement as they have the frame in already also rep would have to count aswell
Gregs_Gooners
I'm well liking that idea too, sounds great!
yowg8ynwa
sounds good to me
shezza88
i'v always thought of having a interview...its a much needed addition
SCIAG
I don't think it should carry much weight, tbh. I could give a club like Yeovil a textbook interview, but they wouldn't have me. Good idea (though it's come up before) but I don't think it's really needed.
Frankie 7
Not sure of this idea because i think it could end up being just the press conferences just now, End up being repetitive with the same questions being asked over and over again. Not for me am afraid.
FM Addick
Always wanted this as part of the game. You'd have to give the right answers depending on the chairman's personality.
Almondo
this could be a good idea. I've just taken over as manager of newcastle after resigning from the job at AFC wimbledon and would have liked an interview. Of course it would have to be implemented properly
Gauvner
Ive always thought this would be good! Although the questions asked may get repetitive. But i definitely want SI to look into this.
lionbush
It's a good idea. Unless you are a top class manager like Benitez, Mourinho, Wenger, Fergie, Capello etc. These guys wouldn't need an intervie.
hursty2
This is a great idea and also the chairman's personalities could be taken into account!
bored101
i think it would be a great idea. i rememeber somebody comming up with this idea on here two a while back and someone said you could use the press conference bit and just change that around so it like a interview. and sicne you wouldnt be going for interviews every week i guess it wouldnt get repetitive if they thought of a range of questions not just 5 maybe. The_Kreman
I am a little sceptical of this idea. Won't a gamer just say all the right things to get the job, therefore making the interview process redundant?
