PGB_SPURS_FM09
I think chelsea start with like £50million but if you ask straight away for more money from the board they accept and you get like £110mil but you would have to check. So Chelsea - £50-£110mil

Wee Aja
Shakthar Donetsk have around £70m, I think. Shakthar Donetsk are super-rich IRL, the problem on FM is attracting big players. Chelsea have £55M - £110M Arsenal £56M - 62M Liverpool £28M - £60M Man City £31M (Not sure about asking for more as I've never managed them) Newcastle, Fiorentina and AC Milan, about £25M Aston Villa £14M - £25M Spurs £20M Lille O.S.C and West Ham £15M approx. English Premiership clubs are the richest.
Richard76
Shakthar Donetsk have around £70m, I think. I didn't know that. Might have a game with them when 09 comes out. I think it'd be a great challenge not only trying to sign big name players but also keeping your top players. Incidentally, how much do you get for winning the Russian league?? I don't know what you get for winning the Russina league. Anyway, donetsk are in the Ukrainian league. I don't know the prize money there either but I think they get a sponsorship deal of £37m a year or something when their current one runs out. Shakhtar are able to attract better players than the likes of West Ham and Newcastle as they have the drawing power of champions league football, maybe not in real life but I found this to be the case in the game.
