Hence I am a Painter and Decorator, and if my son doesn't do substantially better, I will beat him very hard. lol I understand if your good than you can earn a sh*t load, but, I want my kids to explore the "real" world of "real" work and do well. So at least nobody will be able to sing "Papa was a rolling stone..." Seriously though, during all my time playing FM, I've never had any in-game offspring. One of my former players, Leonardo Cividini (an awesome squad player whom I wish I had in my squad right now) had a son, Franco Cividini, who was utter rubbish.
