Football Manager realities

Recommended Posts

I have felt that over the last few years it seems that football manager esque situations/outcomes are happening more and more often in reality. For example,

- A tiny, low budget club making it to the Premier League

- A manager achieving the treble in his first season at a club

- A young manager with no experience being appointed at a professional club (Karl Robinson)

- Insane amounts of money being spent on players

- Players scoring 30 plus goals in a season

- Clubs being regularly taken over by tycoons

- Increased numbers of 'fallen giants' (newcastle)

can anybody think of any more?

England will win WC2010 ? It's not even in Capello's dream!

My bet is on Brazil / Spain / Argentina.

pretty obvious  you just picked the three major favourites.

If i had to choose one, spain will win this year, about time!!!

But i wont be rooting for them, i will be supporting south korea & the aussies!
