nev147
It will get the job done but it will not be able to run many league, i recommend getting a more expensive laptop that has a better processor. I'm no computer expert but I do not agree with this. I do stand corrected though. Yes there are better laptops - but not run many leagues? Its dual core 2.2 HTZ and 3gb of RAM - yes there are more powerfull machines but its powerfull enough for FM10.
lutontown1991
I think you can run a good few leagues with this. Enough for a good long term save.

TJJESSE
Thanks lads. Another question judging on your opinions do you think with this laptop my 3D Match engine would run as smooth as this? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=No-gFJLv5-w http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b5vTl4YC7CU If not can anyone give me an insight on how smooth it will run?
Spikey
The integrated graphics card could be a sticking point with the 3d match. Go for dedicated graphics if you specifically want the 3d match to run smoothly above minimum detail.
TJJESSE
so there is a chance it wont run as smooth as those videos i posted. And what is integrated?
Spikey
At the detail levels they are running it would be unlikely to run smoothly. I don't have integrated graphics now so can't comment on FM10 but I found FM09 to be pretty jerky even on low detail on my old laptop which did have integrated graphics. Hopefully someone out there with a similar laptop will be able to shed more light on that. Some info here on the difference between integrated and dedicated graphics. About 2/3 down the page. nev147
http://www.ebuyer.com/product/176091 Having been looking at laptops in recent weeks - then pound for pound this is the best I have come across and I've come across a few. Yes there are obviously better ones at a much more expensive price, but this seems to have the lot for the price and you will struggle to see a better price. Romeolo888
if your gonna buy something, just pay for the good laptops, that means the expensive ones, yes you might fork out an extra 200-300 quid, but you wont regret it after you run fm on it!! stevio11
I have an Acer 5536 with intergrated graphics and have no problems as Acer machines normally have also dedicated graphics for gaming which mine has. I run 30 Divisions no problems and they are better machines than people think.

Heddlo2009
Mate, I got an Acer Laptop at the start of the year, 4gig RAM and 320gig Memory, ATI radeon Graphics and it's flipping amazing. I'm loving every second. I only play a few different leagues and its plenty powerful enough for a fast good game.
phd_angel
Nooo.... Forget all those tons of specs. Only two components really matter: 1- a good processor, such as Intel Core Duo 2- an added graphic card: Nvidia or ATI will do. (forget integrated cards!) Hope this helps.
