Taytaz
Yes, not quite a bug per se, but it is an issue many people have experienced.
Suttface
This is a definite issue, not sure if it is a 'bug' or just an irritation. I think it is linked to how regen stats are produced in relation to their position.
Cougar2010
There are plenty of good PA regen GKs but very few develop as they don't get the same playing time as outfielders.
jakobx
If there are no good goalkeepers in the future then i would surely say that this is a bug.
Bjaart
In about 2019-2020 I have now got an amazing keeper aged 19. I have used him regulary since he was 17. I got him, and saw that he has massive potential, so I decided to give him first team football from the start to help his development. So I think the issue lies with the lack of first team football the keepers are getting.

AbsoluteGenius
I have two top-quality regen goalkeepers in 2028/2029. One is 31. The other is 22.
William.Hua
I guess the problem is keepers hardly got first team football when they are young, so if you got some one with decent CA and good PA U21 keeper, just play him more.
Suttface
Hmmm. This is not what I'm finding. I'm struggling to find any GKs with a high PA so the amount of time they spend playing in matches is irrelevent; if I could find GKs with high PAs I would play them. I need to investigate this further as it may just be that my scouts are no good at identifying GKs with a high PA.
Mike J
Bjaart's got it right. I don't think the problem is the regens aren't being created, it's just the AI doesn't give them a chance and then by the time they start getting games it's too late for them to develop properly. gazzamark
Totally, I tend to start using a good young goalie at 18-19, usually they struggle first season but become awesome.
