anagain Posted October 27, 2018 Share Posted October 27, 2018 I'd guess you ticked the option to disable the first transfer window when you created your save. The option is different from previous FMs. In the past it would just reduce your budget for the first transfer window, but in FM19 it completely disables the first transfer window. Bothan Spy Posted October 27, 2018 Share Posted October 27, 2018 This is a bone of contention. Massive issues with the lack of activity in the transfer market that SI have admitted to manipulating. The game is dead transfer wise for the first year. Lack of funds and interest in your players due to the AI acting like it's signed all the players it needs despite the new game starting in June...
