My current coaches currently give 3.5 stars and I need to get it upto 4 stars and above. I am currently looking at coaches with attribute ratings of 15 or above in attacking, determination, Level of Discipline and Motivation but on a previous players with a minimum of these wasn't enough to raise the 3.5 stars. Do you need to look for high mental stats as well or is it that there just isn't the coaches available who will come to increase the stars as there are limited numbers with 15 or above in all attributes. Swillo Posted September 14, 2016 Share Posted September 14, 2016 The game highlights areas that a shooting coach needs to be good in but doesn't tell the break down between a 3.5 and 4 star coach etc. Can be a pain when you hire a coach who you think has good ratings but ends up with lower stars then wanted.
