I have tweaked your file to fix some small inaccuracies, such as rare cases where club-related media did not have a club linked to it and a similar scenario for city-related media. The latest version is included in the FMUpdates EEE release. I will hopefully be working on an updated version for FM14 alongside the EEE FM14 release but it's a matter of time, or lack of it that is the problem!
