  1. As @XaW wrote is about weighting attributes by position. It's available to see it via Pre-Game Editor. Decisions, Pace, Acceleration is mostly the most CA points consume across all positions; along with Agility. FM & Scout from @CAE82 has a table from FM21, which is valid for FM24.
  2. Yes. Greek Superleague was one example for my side. Licensed leagues does not increase or decrease tv deals.
  3. To answer in OP question. From the manual: Keep your players happy A happy team is a winning team, and a winning team is a happy team. Your chances of success hinge more than anything on ensuring that your players remain happy. Pay close attention to each individual’s (and therefore the squad’s overall) morale and personality and be aware of their short- and long-term happiness, details of which can be found on their ‘Information’ screens. They often come to you directly with their concerns, and how successfully you deal with them goes a long way to determining whether you succeed in your job. The frequency of this is partly governed by the number Level of Discipline points you assign to your managerial profile, as is described on that screen. The ‘Players’ section of this guide also walks you through everything you need to know about managing them and finding the right approach for you. - So Morale playing their role in everything (matches, training, contracts etc).
  4. Does the board gave you only 2 days to fullfill these requirement?
  5. Yes, will have an impact if it's active or not the league.
  6. It's better to play games and competitive matches. How can I improve my players’ attributes and ability? A player’s development is an inexact science but there are plenty of ways you can improve your chances of helping their progress: - Improved coaching staff The better the coach, the more impactful their attributes are on improving a player. In general, the better the coaching attribute, the more effective it is on the player’s attribute development. - Improved training facilities The standard of training facilities has an impact on determining the chances of a player’s attributes developing, how close to their potential they can get, and how likely they are to continue developing overall. Better facilities encourage a greater chance of a player realising their true potential.. It can also have the knock-on effect of helping the coaching staff develop, too. - Playing time A player with greater exposure to meaningful playing time will develop better than someone who isn’t playing quite as often. Playing first-team minutes is more valuable than playing reserve or youth team football, and a young player who stagnates from their teenage years into their 20s without starting to play regular football stands a higher chance of not being able to reach their potential. - Training A player develops most through day-to-day training; their overall development is affected by the quality of the facilities and coaches, the teammates they are training with, the appropriateness of the schedules given, whether they train with the first team or any of the club’s sub-teams, and whether they are tasked with additional individual work outside of the team’s sessions. The more of these that are met to as high a standard as possible, the quicker a player develops towards full potential. - Mentoring Young players can develop by working closely, during training, with a more experienced teammate or teammates within their squad. Their mental attributes and Player Traits are the only areas affected, and the entire concept is detailed more in the Training section of the manual.
  7. I am afraid this will not be possible, technically speaking. Good idea!
  8. Nah, some off in report. Since the attributes is such a low, look somewhere else.
  9. I had the same, but from Brazil. All leagues / nations / players loaded and playable. No custom database. He end up 27 y/o to play for Amateur club.
  10. Vicious cycle between Height and Jumping Reach in FM Community.
  11. I am wondering why this post has been deleted from Reddit group.
  12. I thought that was an experiment (the same one) few years ago (and each year) and some people react (the same reaction each year) that was discovered the holy grail. If you are shorter than 1.80cm, not fast and less dribble and you are gonna face someone with 1.90cm, fast and dribble; let me know. Joke aside, ME is heavily reward high physical, mentals and last technical. Isn't something new in FM.
  13. When you have low reputation, clubs don't come to you, despite you have worked there before. You have to earn reputation and do miracles, like taking Bishop club won back to back promotions - leagues. Interview can take a month to be invited, that was my case when I was applied for FC Köln.
  14. 0 attempts to sign any U19 players, so far. ==== Transfer & Wage Budget ==== DoF Profile ==== Don't understand what I have to do, in order to make offers. If I will go to Scouting > Players In Range > Add Age Until 19 and Interested to Join 89K+ players, until 19 y/o want to join my club; and especially the first ones are extreme excellent for future; but DoF does nothing.
  15. Teamwork How well the player follows tactical instructions and works for and alongside their teammates. A team full of players with a high rating here works better as a unit. Players with lower ratings slack off and do not ‘buy in’ to the team ethos, becoming more individual, and not providing adequate support for their teammates. It is also used to help decide whether or not a player opts to use one of their Player Traits ahead of a tactical instruction.
