@rusty217 If I understand correctly: I place Italian teams in France but they remain based in Italy and I apply the rule that French teams cannot recruit Italians, this will not apply to Italian teams playing in France? To go further, if I apply this also in Italy as Italian teams can't recruit French players, Italian teams playing in France won't recruit French players and French teams won't recruit Italian players? For the Squad Registration if I ask to have 15 players from the same nation it is required to have 15 players from the nation in which there is this Squad Registration (e.g. in France 15 French players including for a club based in Italy I think)

Logically in-game the created competitions will each get a different ID it seems. But there is no problem to launch them at the same time.

Here stage 17 is the regular season (these are groups but the system is the same for a single league) from there the top 3 in each group qualify directly for the Quarter Finals (stage 19) then the next 2 in each group (4th and 5th) qualify for the Play-In (stage 18) then the winners of the Play-In join the teams already qualified for the Quarter Finals (stage 19)

1) Under Basic Rules it does so automatically if you ask for 6 teams for a Champion Play-Off. Otherwise in advanced rules you can qualify the first two teams by "qualification" for the semi-finals and the next four by "playoffs" for the quarter-finals. I prefer the second option for aesthetic reasons.

This is because you have selected the last winners of the "Cupa Romania Judetul" as participants (288 teams=16x18 which is the number of teams in the divisions you have selected), but there are no former winners yet. One option would be to add a winner to each of these cups so that the editor can find a team to select. Otherwise we would have to go advanced ruled and establish a team selection for the first year.

I did something like that last year but on a European scale (Iberica League, Balkan League, Visegrad League, etc.) adding restrictions on the number of foreign players, salaries and so on. It works from the first Division to the 3rd but below that it doesn't.

No, at the moment I'm just going through a series of tests and error messages I hesitate between simple groups which seems easier and Child Competition which I prefer but for both I have a relegation/promotion problem but I can't see where it comes from at the moment.
