No loans ins in this challenge, unfortunately. If the board accepts without your involvement, then screenshot it to prove it and if you can't cancel the load, dump them in the reserves and forget about them. The same goes when the board buys players out of your control, try to cancel if possible, otherwise, just dump them down and try to sell them asap. Of course, no mentoring or anything similar with these types of players. Transfer date is perfectly fine to use, since you then don't sell them until the end of the season. In the same way players who are about to leave can sign a new contract early, so no rules prohibiting that.

XaW - Marbella FC - Season 2022/23 - Spanish Federation Second Group 5 Squad | Transfers | Finances The expectations here at Marbella is quite high, but we accomplished what we needed to this season. We got promoted, even if we didn't win the league, Levante B just edged it, but I think this was quite competitive at this level, as evident by Valencia Mestalla also going up from the playoffs. We started the season quite nice, and just hovered around the top spots for the most of the season, even if we had a bit of a blip when we something of an injury crisis in January. It wasn't really a crisis from a normal team, but when you have 12 outfield players and you get 4 injuries, you're in quite the pickle. Still, we marched on and came through it eventually. The intake helped out a lot, even if the level of players were a bit lesser than I had hoped for and eventually we got the 2nd place. So we went into the promotion playoff. In the semi final we edged past San Fernando and then in the final we beat Mérida to secure the promotion. I think our squad should fit nicely into a higher tier, but it remains to be seen if we manage to stay up. Copa del Rey: A very tough draw in La Liga outfit Alavés, but we shocked them by taking the lead and keeping it until half time. Eventually though, we were unable to hold on, and then they piled on and knocked us out in the 1st round. Copa Federación: A tough draw here as well as we lost to Recreativo de Huelva in the 1st round. Youth intake: The preview looked nice, even if striker and winger is the two positions I actually had an extra player! It's a bit disappointing based on how good the preview looked, but any players to fill out the bench comes in handy so I kept the lot. A very promising player, and I think he could be excellent for us in the wide playmaker role I use on the left. Trophy cabinet N/A

Mistakes happen for all types of players, but if you think this happens too often, then please report it as a potential bug in the bug tracker. Then SI can take a look and find out.

You haven't seen any evidence, because those videos don't control all the variables. If you want to prove something, as in provide evidence you must be able to control (or at the very least KNOW) all the variables, and the only ones who can do that is SI. What the rest of us can do, is show our best possible example of it working in another way, but we cannot prove how or why something happened, we can show the outcome vs expected outcome and then lest SI look for the proof of what occurred. It's all down to the correlation vs causation discussion that so many seem to struggle with, and not just with FM. We humans love to see cause and effect, but we also see it in cases where the cause and effect are coincidental or even non-existent. Look at all those Jesus in a toast things, or if the roulette landed on black 10 times in a row it HAS to be red next time (or coin flips in the same way), or any similar type of false pattern identification we human do naturally. Sure it's hyperbole, but it shows that we are extremely bad at understanding it.

What happens if you press <space>? That is the button that should work the same as the play/pause button. Are there any confirm-buttons or cancel-buttons for the tactic somewhere?

Try the same steps mentioned above. Remove custom skins, images, badges, player image, etc, and clear the cache and preferences. It will be really, really hard to do, and most likely take quite a few seasons to achieve. It's not much more to say than win the league and do well in Europe for several seasons, then the Norwegian coefficient will increase and more Norwegian teams will enter Europe. If they also do well, Norway's league standing will increase and you will be able to attract better players and gain more money from attendances and such. Eventually, you might be able to compete with the best teams, but I'd say it's unlikely in less than 20-30 seasons at best.

Thanks! Yeah, they seem quite determined to get the club up, but I hope I can deliver. At least the start has been good! I'm using my old trusted 4-5-1 to great effect with the few players I have. The squad is only 14 players (2 goalkeepers), so I'm very vulnerable to injuries. If we manage without though, this could be a very good first season.

I'm enjoying the Caribbean, but the level of football is just.... poor. I need to switch in a better league, so I'm running a save in Spain at the same time. So here we go. I've taken over Marbella FC, because who doesn't want to stay in Marbella? And for some reason the club is rated as one of the best in the league! So the pressure is on!

It's 5 subs from 3 stops, so you can't sub 1-1-1-1-1. you have to do it like 2-1-2 or similar.

Had to sell one of the youngsters. The board accepted a lower offer for him, but I managed to get this in with a 50% sell-on clause.

If I understand you correctly (Google translate) you are having some issues playing defensive? If so, I'd advise you to look in the tactic section of the forums and perhaps creating a new thread there where you post your tactic and explain what your issue is and how you have tried to sort it out. If possible, I'd advise you to do so in English since there will be more people who can read it and try to help, otherwise they would have to translate through some software and details can be lost by doing so.

XaW - Astros de Colombia - Season 2028 - Liga MCB 1st Division Squad | Transfers | Finances We retained the league and this time we went through without any losses. Only 3 draws as well. In the CONCACAF Champions League we are still a bit off the rest of the teams. We drew Alajuelense of Costa Rica, Tigres of Mexico, and Ciabo of the Dominican Republic. In most matches we held our own and both losses to Alajuelense and Ciabo was close calls, and I'm very proud of getting a draw away at Estadio Universitario de Nuevo León in Mexico, even if Tigres had already won the group at that point. In the CFU Club Championship we continued our good run last year and won our group ahead of ASC Le Geldar of French Guiana, Flamingo of Bonaire, and ASU Grand Santi of French Guiana. Then we beat Jabloteh of Trinidad and Tobago and Cibao of the Dominican Republic (payback for the CL!) to reach the final for the 2nd year running. There we turned the luck from last year as we actually won on pens this time in a close battle with Cavalier of Jamaica. Very nice to get this trophy in the bag! Youth intake: We keep getting strong and stronger intakes, and I love it! One clear standout player this time. This kid is just leaps and bounds better than anything I have at the club, and is from the moment of the intake the best player at the club. Dazzling skills for this level! Yeah, the clubs are Dutch. I'm quite surprised I haven't had any Dutch 2nd nationalities yet, since Curaçao technically belongs to the Netherlands. I don't usually check for more nationalities than the first two, but I had a quick gander now, and no one has any. Looking around the other Curaçaoan clubs, they do have it (and other nations), so I think it's probably down to the Colombian newgen bias at the club.

I've loaded quite a few, as well as the Mexican, US, and Canadian leagues to make sure the big boys are there. I also added Holland, England, and France since most of the island nations have a link to those countries. And of course, the Colombian league since I get my newgens from there. I also did what I always do when I start a game. I add all "Current continental players" and "Players from clubs in continental competitions" for all continents. So that makes all national teams have a full set of players no matter what I do, and most big clubs from each continent have full squads. So I can go into a random nations team and they will have a full squad. And the same goes for all clubs that compete a the highest level.

Well, I do this in general, but if I feel I'm swamped, I've also subbed the remaining winger for a central midfielder and played a 4-1-3-1 as it were, to push the wide central midfielders out as faux wingers. It all depends on how the match has gone, and if I just want to see it out or actually do anything productive. I've at times changed the forward role, but I really like the AF role for a striker, so I often keep him up there to let us counter if we need a goal.
