    Thanks, thats what I was thinking, especially with you commenting earlier that you weren't going to go for the highest level of player available.

    So, assuming a PL Striker has a weighting of 1.00, and a Championship one, a .90 (for example), do you take that into consideration before applying the national weighting when comparing to a Spanish based player.

    I was thinking more in terms of comparing a Serie B player to a Serie A player, and a Premier League player to a Championship one (or similar). How much of a difference does the level of a play have in the overall weighting compared to the national weightings?

    Going back to nationalities you see coming through youth intakes, I've got a Brazilian CB come through my intake in the Conference.

    Its only similar to what FM has had in the past, especially when the Chinese Super League started paying silly money for players.

    Love the way this is beginning to look., As long as you stick to your own rules when running the numbers, especially when it involves an unplayable league, then, things should work. As for the 'weighting', I take it that you're using the overall average to work that out, although, does the division of players you're looking at add another variable to look into as well?

    Really love this way of doing stuff, actually makes it far more workable as well. Once I get my first season out of the way in the save I'm messing about in, I'm probably going to do a very similar system of recruitment for replacing players.

    In my save, I've appointed George Syrianos as Director of Football at Boreham Wood, and as such, he should be the one to give me player suggestions when I go to 'Director of Football Request Targets' in Transfers. He was appointed after I took over in October, and there wasn't a DoF in place before that point. However, this is still given to the Chairperson, Danny Hunter, despite every available option for Scout Reports, Transfers and Scouting being selected as the DoF. The only things in Danny Hunters name are the Board options, which are unchangeable for obvious reasons.

    They're 19th at the moment in Serie B aren't they? Although, I know that doesn't make any difference in wanting a change of management.

    The transfer listing of players isn't controlled by the game really, its more a reputation type thing. Tweaks will be made by the relevant members of the research team. As for the last part of your comment @MasterFolke, give examples. Just throwing a generic 'they're overrated as always', doesn't give the research team any sort of clue what you're on about. There may be one researcher for each club, but, this season especially, its been a bit of a team effort from us all to get things sorted.

    @_Ben_ I'm trying to do the next bunch of faces with more generic shirt colourings, however, the wonders of Midjourney means that I still get the odd one or two with random colours. See below, the Middle Eastern/North African ones I'm doing now.

    The newest one I'm creating are all 250x250, thats what I've got the action set to in Photoshop.

    The SPFL in my save has Celtic and Rangers shelling out £15m+ for players, and I've just won the league with Falkirk, and I've been shelling out about £7m on them
