    That penalty run up should be an instant booking. It's only ever going to go one way in that run up and position. baffled how many keepers go the other way. Also not a penalty.

    Pretty sure Ally McCoist is losing it game by game, first he identified the two Uruguay strikers as the "two man's up front" and is now calling the Uruguay number 6 Bencantur. He'll be shipped off by the final to a wee padded cell I think.

    Such a horrible set of defenders for Belgium now. So off the pace, slow and old. Surely this has to be the end for Vertongen, Alderwiereld, Witzel and Hazard, get the young generation blooded in.

    Only one that comes close to dislikeable is Kane for the way he likes to injure defenders when they're jumping for a header. Other two just invoke apathy

    Aye, but Danny Murphy makes Mark Lawrenson sound truly cheerful. And Pearce, I've disliked him since he and Keown had the made debate about goalline technology in a previous world cup . At least with Sutton you can laugh at his awfulness.
