  1. Bah. This widget is driving me nuts! I've worked out that the flicker i am seeing is actually the widget resetting itself, as in, not using the save_session_state="true" that is on it by default. And to clarify, it is only effecting the "table" part of the code. The columns and Label (and icon box) do not "refresh". Just the table with all the info. The panel in question is "player additional stats small" linked from "player overview panel" (as default). Can someone please check this on their skin for me? As above, this is happening on the default files, not just my edited ones. I've butchered the hell out of this panel and nothing I've tried is stopping this code from resetting itself. Am i missing something stupidly obvious? Thanks.
  2. If that doesn’t work you can try deleting the cache folder and then try deleting the preferences folder too. Both found in user/app data.
  3. Ok. So the season stats flickering issue seems not to be linked to my player overview panel (I swapped it out of my skin for the default) or the player additional stats panel (as I swapped that out for the default too). With the default panels that control this info I still have the widget flicker when the mouse hovers over any sort of hint/pop up. It’s only this one widget/panel causing me issues. Everything else on my skin is fine since the update (regarding flickering). I’ve had widgets jump slightly when a hover pop up shows occasionally and can fix that with layout tweaks. But flickering is new to me with a widget. I don’t get it. Anyone have any ideas? Am I the only one with this problem since the update? Thanks.
  4. I have had exactly the same issue with my own skin. But on the scout card. So not sure it’s a skin problem, but general. For some reason now the 2 widgets in this container show at the same time. My solution was to remove one of them (although tabbing them could work I feel).
  5. My feeling is that I have this information on the squad page and not a player page. When I select a widget from the drop down, move to a national team squad and change the widget, remove the pop up and head back into the game, whatever widget was last chosen remains on MY squad page AND any national squad page, obviously with no pop up selector. This is regardless if I have save_session_state set to true OR false. I’ve found some widget property code that may help in what I’m trying to do. Need to run some tests. Thanks for responding.
  6. I need to play around more. There are two widgets for the season stats. One is hidden for players in non loaded leagues. If I remove the one for loaded leagues the one for non loaded leagues doesn’t flicker. Having looked at the linked panel for the loaded leagues widget I can’t see anything wrong with it. I have edited it in my skin but swapping it out for the 23.3 default did nothing. Still flickers. My player overview is obviously heavily edited. I’m guessing something in that panel isn’t agreeing with the loaded league season stat widget. But don’t know what …
  7. What was an effective tactic is now not so much? I’m having similar issues (albeit not as bad as this). I was absolutely flying until the update, now, we’re doing ok but nowhere near as dominant. I’ll give it a while longer but I can SEE in the ME we’re not as fluid as we once were. We’re not creating the sort of space we once were. So I need to tweak my tactic. Especially for my ST, who is not getting the sort of chances he used to get pre update.

  9. Quick question: Potentially borderline rule breaking. Just noticed, literally as I had to turn the game off, that player faces for the national team squads of France and Holland (there may be more) are now blanked out after the update. (I’ve added player pics to the views on “team squad” panel) Is it just a case of updating the *ahem* fix? Or is it something else? Thanks.
  10. So, jumping back to this ... I have finally got round to putting the information I wanted into a selector panel. It works well apart from the main thing I wanted from it, and that is to have the game pick one of two containers in the selector panel depending on if the user is on a club squad page or a national squad page. The code links to a panel that holds a bar of information that runs along the top of the squad page. I've tried all sorts and this code is where I have left it for now. I tried your technique above @mastelli, of removing the pop up button, but couldn't get it to work, even with your code almost as is! (obviously changing the bits i needed to) Code on "team squad" panel: Code on the selector panel: I know having save_session_state="true" will not work, but have left it on for now so that the panel is at least mildly controllable. Anything obvious here I am missing? Can it be done? Thanks. EDIT* If not just a national squad page, i'd settle for ANY squad page other than the USER'S. The game does differentiate between the user's and all others. I just need to know HOW.
  11. So, the code I’m struggling with at the moment is the “key player” section on the team squad information facts panel. And specifically getting it to pull through when on a National squad page. National squads have key players, but for some reason the way (it appears we all) have it set up, means the info is blank on a National squad page. Has anyone had any luck, in widget configuration, in getting this to work? I’ve got “KeyP” and obviously “TKpL” as ID’s to play with, but even setting it up on the team info facts panel in the same way it is set up on a Nation’s overview panel isn’t working for me. Any ideas? Thanks.
  12. Personally, and I’ve said this before, I want my answers to have an impact on board and supporter relationships, as well as the squad. Not sure if it does already, and I am pleased that widgets have finally been added to the press conference screen to some extent, but more could be made of this, with perhaps incremental widgets moving up and down (or left and right like on the dynamics page for things like club atmosphere) depending on the user’s answers. Would give an immersive sense that your answers are actually doing something. Perhaps they already do, but we need to SEE this. Like when being interviewed about a new signing. The new signing has a label that changes his mood depending on your answers. This could be made more of ALL the time. With board and supporters.
  13. What’s the click event on the game’s natural “clear entire team selection” tab/button? Have you found the panel that controls that? If you can find that event id then you might be able to make this work I feel.

  18. Bah. I can’t remember. I renamed it to what I already had throughout all my font files (so as to not have to change everything over and over again when testing new fonts). I’ll try and work it out.
  19. I’m sure it’s just me but last night I actually had an answer to a tunnel interview that I hadn’t seen before. Cant remember the exact wording but it was definitely a take on Cantona’s famous “seagulls” response. Totally random and obscure. Made me chuckle. I used it, ofc. We won the treble 😉
  20. After seeing some of the excellent adaptations of the "team squad" screen I decided to have a little play around. Credit to @AsMenthol for the base "team squad information facts" panel that I've messed about with. Thinking I might try and put it in a tabbed container at some point to see if i can manipulate the info based on the club. Nations are an issue as a few bits of info don't pull through. Also clubs that I do not have in playable leagues. But seeing as it's just for personal use this will do for now. Ideally I would like to be able to get the icons i've chosen for club atmosphere, squad personality, and recent form to change colour depending on the circumstance. If anyone has any ideas on that I'd be grateful to hear. Not planning on sharing this verbatim, but happy to advise on any individual elements, if anyone is interested. P.S. It's funny how "in game" transparency shadings look better than in a screenshot
