Good transfer for Juan there... Rovers must be one of the bigger teams in League 2, as well. How much is he earning there?

£675 p/w and he's worth £10,000

As for Rovers being one of the bigger teams, take a look at last seasons League 2 table ;)

What is it with the fan managers? Once again even some of the teams who had a good season last year have started off terribly! Admittedly a few teams have had good starts (one in particular) but it's just not good enough we tell you! So let's remind ourselves where everybody is.

Bristol Rovers - Juan Blanco (Player) - CCL2

Bournemouth - Robert Zhang (Player) - CCL2

Southport - Tom Hamilton & Tom Hamilton Jr - BSP

Workington - Patton Cooper (Manager) - BSN

Tamworth - Liam Ferguson (Player) - BSN

AFC Telford - Josy Joseph & Jamie Schober - BSN

Vauxhall - Ben Cee & Rachel Brown - BSN

Chelmsford - Stew Ferguson (Manager) - BSS

Bromley - Jerome Joseph (Player) - BSS

Bognor - Sam Ralph (Manager) - BSS

AFC Wimbledon - Junior Khanye Jr (Player) - BSS

Welling - Cristobal Blanco (Manager) - BSS

Airdrie - Miles Johnson (Player) - Scottish 1st

Welshpool - Charlie Zhang (Manager) - WPL

Central Coast Mariners - Coop Cooper (Player) - A-League

Institute - Jake Nash (Manager) - NIP

Crusaders - Charlie Crabs (Manager) - NI 1st

Braintree - Ryan Lamb (Player) - The Obis

Maidenhead - Edward Nelson (Manager) - Nowhere worth mentioning

What about those tables then -

Coca Cola League 2

Blue Square Premier

Blue Square North

Blue Square South

Welsh Premier League

Scottish Division 1

Northern Irish Premier League

Northern Irish Division 1

Australian A-League

Robert Zhang is looking to be promoted form League 2 for the second time in two seasons, his new team Bournemouth are currently occupying a play off spot in 6th. Juan Blanco's new team Bristol Rovers aren't doing so well and find themselves in 16th.

Tom Hamilton is the only 'fan manager' in the Blue Square Premier. They are going well in 11th place, a good run of form could see them up into the play-off spots in the next update, way above their predicted finish of 16th.

Patton Cooper's Workington are on the war-path after their poor finish to last season. They are top of the Blue Square North and have only lost 1 game so far. This achievement is even better than it first seems as they are in the middle of a board takeover and are predicted to finish 7th. Josy Joseph's AFC Telford have had one of their now legendary terrible starts to the season and sit in 18th even though they are predicted to finish 3rd. Ben Cee's Vauxhall are in trouble after only 9 games, they are second from last with only one win, we blame the media for jinxing them by predicting they won't be relegated. They are also in the middle of a board takeover!!!.

In the Blue Square South, Bognor do not seem to have suffered from the loss of Miles Johnson as Sam Ralph's team sit in a comfotable 11th. The media have once again predicted they will be relegated. Miles Johnson remains a favoured personnel. Stew Ferguson's Chelmsford have had a mixed start and will be hoping to improve on 13th to finish nearer their predicted position of 1st! Cristobal Blanco's Welling have done the same as AFC Wimbledon and AFC Telford did last season and got off to a terrible start. The are 19th despite being predicted to finish 5th. Where's Juan when you need him!

In the Welsh Premier League Charlie Zhang seems to have finally lost interest in Welshpool as they sit 16th with only two points despite being predicted to finish 7th. Is it time for him to move on again?

In the Scottish 1st Division, despite possessing the talented Miles Johnson, Airdrie sit in 8th, they would be bottom but for goal difference.

Jake Nash is doing a good job in the Northern Ireland Premier League. He has taken Institute, who are predicted to finish 11th again, into 9th.

Charlie Crab's Crusaders may sit 7th in the Northern Irish 1st Division at the moment, but they have at least 2 games in hand on all but 1 team which should see them shoot up the table. The media think so and have predicted they will finish 2nd.

Finally we come to the Australian A-League. Coop Cooper's new team Central Coast Mariners could be doing better as they sit 7th, one place off the bottom.

Job Security -

All ok... at the moment.

Awards -

Not many!!!!!!

The Blue Square North August Manager of the Month was won by Patton Cooper, as was the September Manager of the Month.

The only other award went to Charlie Crabs for finishing 3rd in the Northern Irish 1st Division September Manager of the Month.

Staff -

Rachel Brown and Jamie Schober are once again competing in the English Reserves Group 10. This time it's AFC Telford Reserves who have had the better start and find themselves in 4th, ahead of Vauxhall Reserves in 11th.

Players -

Coop Cooper has yet to play for the Central Coast Mariners and is unlikely to in the near future as he is back-up to the first team. However, his move to Australia does seem to have helped his international career as he has picked up 2 more Australia Under 21 Caps.

Jerome Joseph continues to plug away at Bromley, although he has only played 4 times this season so far as he is injured. He has however picked up another cap for India, he now has 3.

Juan Blanco has been in excellent form for his new club and already has 4 goals and an average rating of 7.19. Could he move to an even bigger team next season?

Junior Khanye Jr still wants a move away from AFC Wimbledon. However, he seems to have discovered that playing badly does not get you noticed and so has been playing brilliantly for AFC Wimbledon. Will he finally get a move away? Nobody is interested as yet, but if he keeps up the good form they may be.

Liam Ferguson has regressed back into his old ways with only 2 goals in 10 games and an average rating of 6.62. (If you just look at his cup games his rating is a shocking 5.55!)

Miles Johnson has made a decent start to his Airdrie career, but has only played a few games and will be looking to prove his worth, 3 goals in 2 starts is a good start!

Robert Zhang has only made one start for Bournemouth so far, so much for moving down a league for first team football! He has, however, scored 4 goals in 5 non competitive games, a promising sign.

Ryan Lamb is far too good to be playing at Braintree in a division below the BSS/BSN. Will he move, or is he blinded by his loyalty to the club?

Tom Hamilton Jr has played 12 games for Southport, but the club captain has only scored 1 goal and has a measly average rating of 6.53. Must do better!

Ok, update will probably be Wednesday, as a little spoiler, two of you have been sacked. (Including one person being sacked within a few hours of the last update, ie on 1st October 2011!!!!!)

All the players are at the same teams still.

I'm surprised that the players haven't been picked up by bigger teams. Looking forward to the update

As am I, but I think it's because their starting CA was only 60. So after three seasons even if they had increases of 15 CA a year the CA would still only be 105. I thnik in the next couple of seasons we will start to see the players moving up the ladder, especially ones like Juan Blanco who are now at a bigger team with better facilities!

I don't have Genie Scout at the moment, but I think I will download it so I can check on the players' progress!

3,4, He's Out the Door...

Just hours after our October update AFC Telford manager Josy Joseph has been sacked. He joined the club last December following the sacking of Jake Nash. However, despite a very good end of season last time out, AFC Telford have struggled in their first few games. Some have criticised the Telford board for not giving Josy more time, we spoke to a club spokesperson to ask why he wasn't given more time.

"Well we wanted someone with a bit of oomph to give the players a kick up the arse, which Josy did perfectly last season, dragging us up the table and nearly to the play-offs. However, Josy has got a bit carried away and the kicking has become a little too violent, injuring a lot of our players, hence our poor league standing. The players were refusing to play until Josy had been sacked, so he's gone!"

'Zhang' Darn it!!!

Charlie Zhang has today been sacked for the second time in his short career. After a brilliant season with Welshpool last season, where the Welsh team just missed out on Europe, this season hasn't been so good and they find themselves just above the relegation zone. We spoke to Welshpool to find out if it was just the league position that contributed to Zhang's sacking.

"Well to be honest boyo, it was more of a mutual termination. You see, Zhang was upset that we missed out on Europe, he wanted to visit the ladies, especially the ones in Amsterdam. Obviously we just missed out on qualifying and he was devastated. This had an effect on team morale this season and so both parties thought it would be best if we went our separate ways."

Zhang was reported to have been seen quietly leaving out the back door to make sure the Singaporean Army didn't catch him on his way out, his current whereabouts is unknown...
