Honestly, I was disappointed in the step down, until I saw the pictures.  Maradona, plus that scenery...well done! :applause:

Understandable for others to be disappointed but this is predominantly the reason why I want to stay in the Highlands & Islands, far better surroundings!

If there's anything I've learned about Benny, it's that he thinks he knows all the answers but also lacks self-confidence.

So, I think he'd be tempted to "delegate" to his assistant, but only so long as the results were coming in, and could mutter vaguely wise-sounding things in his weekly press conferences (held only in his head, while gardening).

"Savvy manager, that Mr. Joensen.  He what listens to his assistants...yeah, trust.  Trust is the key to winning, faith is the lock.  I've always said a man can live on bread and water for days, but can't live for a minute without peanuts.  That reminds me...  Alexa! Add peanuts to the shopping list."

But he'd also throw the assistant under the bus if results weren't coming in.  Take charge.  Play something that he used once and succeeded with, and not change course.

So, I'd go with the 451.

Dreadful 2nd half of the season, we had 32 points from 12 games and to finish up with 11 points from our final 10 games is not good enough and we only won the league on the final day of the season.

We did enough to get the board off my back, but for how long? Back-to-back promotions for us.

As always, I love the inclusion of maps and photos of the pitches.  Genuinely makes me way too happy.

It can take me a while to find the places (literally searching around the towns/ village looking for rectangular fields) can prove difficult, but it's worth it in the end!
