So, I think he'd be tempted to "delegate" to his assistant, but only so long as the results were coming in, and could mutter vaguely wise-sounding things in his weekly press conferences (held only in his head, while gardening). "Savvy manager, that Mr. Joensen. He what listens to his assistants...yeah, trust. Trust is the key to winning, faith is the lock. I've always said a man can live on bread and water for days, but can't live for a minute without peanuts. That reminds me... Alexa! Add peanuts to the shopping list." But he'd also throw the assistant under the bus if results weren't coming in. Take charge. Play something that he used once and succeeded with, and not change course. So, I'd go with the 451.
