Smurf Posted August 27, 2012 Share Posted August 27, 2012 My usual challenge is to start as Sunday league footballer, and then go on holiday applying for any jobs. Take the first job offer that comes along. Build a successful team with them. I did this recently and have taken Cottbus in the German 2nd division to the 1st division, and they are doing quite well now, commanding a mid-table position after narrowly avoiding relegation last season. I've also lined up Oliver Giroud on a free transfer for next season which for a club like Cottbus is a major coup! Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you want to be the biggest club in the world, you can be. If you want to be a Sunday league club that's just started up, you can do that too (provided you create loads of extra leagues too, that is...) Editor's always been the way to go imo.
