Marky Mark!
Be sure to let us know if you find anything, training is one area in FM I hate spending time on, and just try and download a half decent one from somewhere instead!

Wiltshire_Bee
Can you not bring throuigh FM2010 schedules into 2011 ?. as I know the updated the training, so does this mean back to the drawing board?
Kazza
In this iteration of footy manager you have to take into account the match preperation time and individual training time - that all impacts on Tugs training regime. I am currently developing training regimes based around the tugs' regimes but tweaked to take account of the other training elements in fm11. To date and it is early days, there are working to a point, though some of my more established players are complaining of being overworked. Hence tweaking will continue through the season. It is my opinion that training regimes will take longer to develop and as I do not do holiday games, testing will take that much longer. k Just found that one of my regimes for strikers was slightly too much as the forwards complained re the workload even though it was set to medium. So more tweaking to do!
Giantplaything
I think this version is going to be harder to bring youth players through, especially for smaller clubs. I base this on the added match preparation and special training focus taking up regular training time. I've knocked together some training regimes which are a little more specialised into player positions i.e. wingers and centre mids. So far it seems to be working as I'm working them a little harder than the preset versions and players aren't getting injured or moaning plus there's some growth in stats. I'm glad Tug isn't making schedules this year. Its forced me into trying for myself.

Kyle Seddon
I have myself created a training regime that has had little or no effect to an extent but Jck Wilshere is the sole player who is benefiting off the training schedule, i'll post an image of his stats later when im home to show. If i can implement his training schedule but to the other players...
