Transfer db now available

Recommended Posts

Anyone having trouble with it read this:

1. Extract the database to My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2009\db

2. Change the name to forbes.

3. Then it should work.

If you still have trouble let me know. Note that I have not downloaded it but that should make it work.

Also it should work on a mac as far as I know.

Why is Arshavin at Arsenal?

Because it is virtually certain he will join by completing the move tomorrow. It just needs confirmation from the Premier League.

Why does it have to be in caps?

As maybe that is what he called the database.

NUFC a bit unrealistic - got a budget of £55m in the first window... As a Newcastle fan, obviously I'd love that to be true.

EDIT: also don't understand how Owen is the only injured player - at present that list includes Cacapa, Beye, and Guthrie, with Gonzalez out until at least March too. Didn't realise Carroll was injured (which could be my fault, if so I apologise), and Zamblera has actually gone to Sampdoria.

Saying all that though, congrats for getting an update out so quick - you've done something I could never do, and I thank you for it :-) Time to see if I can recreate my other game's success!
