  1. Just to explain some of the differences - FMM is a totally seperate game from the others released by the studio which is why its options (and indeed 'feel') might differ somewhat from the others - its designed to be somewhat lighter and faster to play and its intentional that some areas are simplified, partially because it keeps the games speed up - but also because some things are a little fiddly (from a UI/interaction perspective) on a mobile device. With regards to the code of conduct - I'll mention that being removed to the FMC/T team when I get a chance, but I'm not actively involved in the day to day creation of that game at present (you'd probably get a more proactive/satisfying response posting in the forum for that product tbh).
  2. I believe it should be available somehow through your previous purchases/owned apps - I'll have to ask someone from QA to explain it more fully as I'm afraid at the moment I only have an iPhone/iPad and I'm wary of talking you through it in case something has changed since I last used the android store myself.
  3. That'd be me that did it I designed it that way because I wanted it to be achievable for people (and not just leave the coaching badges as a purchasable item back in the days when we were in the paid part of the stores) but also not to be something which was 'random' in nature ... i.e. something that people earned.
  4. Do bear in mind that there is a lag from feedback to updating, so its possible that it has been updated but didn't make the deadlines involved (as they're often fairly 'tight') ... but as mentioned the research isn't something I have any control over personally.
  5. You can unlock the other levels as you play - they are granted as you unlock achievables. If you are over the threshold for an unlock already when hitting 'take coaching exam' will automatically promote you to the next rank (say if you've started a new game and already have a load of achievements). As you're doing a 'rags to riches' - I'd set yourself some rules and adhere to them, for instance 'I'll unlock the Silver coaching when the club turn professional' if you started in the lowest levels of the conference or whatever.
  6. Would you mind emailing me your save game is you're finding it 'that' easy I'd be interested in taking a look at your save (marc.vaughan@sigames.com) - thanks
  7. Dangers of capitalism - if this is the one where the developer is basically asset stripping your club then if you pander to him too much then you're seen as his lackey and are likely to be sacked when someone comes in to save the club. This might be a tad harsh and I'll double check how its handled later today (as this should only happen if you're not doing awesome).
  8. England has a bank holiday today - I expect Mike or someone will get back to you tomorrow (I'd try and help but tbh importing saves isn't something I do often myself so I'm not the best person to talk you through this).
  9. There is an explanation of how to transfer save games between devices in the FAQ on this site - How to transfer save games
  10. First time I've heard anything along these lines - if you can send in your save game then it'd help us ascertain what has happened (and potentially fix it for your save game).
  11. Can you examine your devices file structure and send us some of the files from your save game area if possible - tbh if they aren't displaying then it is likely they are corrupt/not complete and that might indicate that there are faulty sectors on your device or another issue which is causing the game not to complete saving correctly (presuming you've got the latest updates and its still occuring).
  12. That is (as in real-life) something that can happen ... players with low work-rate will tend to drop off from pressing if they feel tired ... or if they are unprofessional, just might not 'feel like its their job' if they're attackers etc. ... Ideally pressing players need high work-rate, stamina and good positioning ... which means that quite a few strikers won't be the most effective at it for obvious reasons (although pace can help).
  13. Sorry to hear that - the move to Netflix wasn't something which was done on an impulse and was to secure the future of the series, which it has done (with the game having more users than ever this year). Hopefully we'll entice you back one day.
  14. Is your national squad full? - there has to be space within it in order to call up a player, the other reason it might not be present is if your squad is locked because you're in a tournament or close to a match.
