Chelsea ill presume from that screen shot, and because Newcastle would have already won the League cup and received and EURO spot, the Euro place for the FA cup goes to the runner up. That looks like FM11 so wait til the end of season and look at the season summary which confirms who and why qualifies for Europe. I would probably agree with those that said Chelsea were runners-up in the FA Cup though. EDIT Yes Chelsea could have won the UEFA Cup instead and took a place.
