I only play Oceanian nations cup qual's every 4th year or something. Ive set up friendlies with Anguilla, Bermuda, American Samoa, Bahamas, Bangladesh and Brunei. Best of luck mate, best I did was get them to the Oceania final twice, lost to NZ on both ocassions. Solomon Islands and Fiji are your biggest threats other than the All-Whites (NZ) of course.
