Wiitastic
yes, Fergie had retired from my game after 2 seasons also, very weird. Oh well, I am Liverpool manager so it was to my advantage anyway
Ranson52
Well come on guys, they are both in their sixties. My bet is the "program" retires them between certain ages, and hey presto they are there already. No suprise to me.
Tubey84
No surprise whatsoever. If it were Roberto Martinez or Gordan Strachan then yeah there'd be a problem perhaps, but both of these men are at or near pensioner age.
Boaxzel
Hodgson retired after 3 seasons. (properly a favor too football tho)

johhny_x_2
Maybe he was tired of seeing things like the Nani goal, over and over... LOL
SnakeXe
Perhaps his face finally got so melty it fell off? Serious answer - they're both quite old, no surprise.

Jason Valler
In my game Redknapp got the liverpool job and then retired at the end of the season, now thats silly.
likeabawss
tbh i had always thought that redknapp was in his 50s, so it does make a bit more sense now that i know he's in his 60s
Tubey84
In my game Redknapp got the liverpool job and then retired at the end of the season, now thats silly. Not really. It's just the same as Guus Hiddink stepping in for a bit at Chelsea then leaving. Liverpool may have wanted an experienced stop-gap whilst looking for a manager. It can happen. Same way clubs bring in 'keepers in the later stage of their career for a year or two (Nigel Martyn etc.)

Been offered job at Athletico Madrid for £87k a week... but if Man U become available I may have to reject.
