Why do players sack their agent?

As topic, why do players sack their agent in the game?

Usually the news message doesn't give a reason but i suppose they could be unhappy with their agent for a number of reasons. I suppose it would be because they don't feel their agent has been representing them very well.

I sometimes hope that it's because they wanna sign for me but their previous agent hated me

In my game Lee Boywer sacked his agent and retires a few days later, some of the times its because of impending retirement.

It seems more frequent with younger players beneath the age of 19, I guess agents price them out of a lot of deals at that age, I was trying renew Cuveliers contract at Stoke and initially his agent wanted £100k for a player who would be taking a £400 wage and only £13k signing on fee himself, anyway couple weeks later he sacks his agent and I got a great deal with my player where he signed a 5 year deal on £300 a week with a £20k signing on fee and it was done a whole lot cheaper.

Usually it's because the agent isn't good enough.

i assume its because the player feels the agent is only working to make money for themselves rather than the player

I think it can also be that the agent keeps offering him to clubs when he is happy where he is. i.e touting them far too much.

Because the players think that the agent isn't working the interests of the player. Sometimes the player sacks his agent when he's been unemployed for a while so he can quickly find a new club, representing himself.

I had Havard Nordtveit sack his agent after I tried to renegotiate a deal and couldn't get the salary to something I was willing to pay.
