14-year-olds are rare but do exist in the game, and I believe they are almost always PA -10. Their CAs tend to be a little on the high side as well, for their age. And most of them seem to be created with birthdays that are just around the corner, so they aren't 14 for long...

He's got good pace, stamina, concentration, anticipation, and determination for his age, all key attributes for his position. The other key attributes are masked, so he might be worth a scouting mission. Depending on his personality (I suspect it's "Determined" or "Fairly Determined", though, which is really no help), he looks as if he might grow into something great...already a top-flight free kick specialist, too...

I'd snap him up. Even though his key attributes are masked, they can't be very poor - and because he's very young, you can train them into him.

14-year-olds always give you an advantage because you essentially get 1-2 years more training out of them when they're young. So even if they turn out to be rubbish, they'll be several levels above their age group anyway, so they'll sell well.

As far as I know players don't grow on FM do they? They also don't grow fat or more muscular as they age. Correct me if I'm wrong, I think those things should added to the game though there's absolutely no way a 14 yo. is done developing not even an 18 yo. at the matter.

They can grow, and change weight as well.
