herne79 Posted July 17, 2018 Share Posted July 17, 2018 Mainly for @Seb Wassell: It's long been confirmed that once Tutoring finishes, the Tutee can be tutored again immediately but the Tutor has to wait a certain amount of time (several months) before he can start tutoring again. However, I've noticed that when tutoring finishes both the Tutee and the Tutor can start tutoring again immediately. The only thing I can't do is ask the Tutor to start tutoring the same Tutee again straight away. He's free to start tutoring someone else though. Has something changed? zlatanera Posted July 17, 2018 Share Posted July 17, 2018 I noticed this pretty early on...its inconsistent. The only way there's 100% a cooldown period appears to be if the tutor and tutee fall out. If the tutoring ends positively (After 6 months I believe is the usual?) or I cancel it by going on "cancel tutoring" on the tutor's profile, it seems to be 50/50 if I can immediately have him tutor someone else or not. I've taken to stopping tutoring the second I get a good enough personality, rather than a 100% match with the tutor.
