After being promoted, it appears that i cannot sign foreign players anymore (foreign player rule like Bilbao for instance). Do you think it comes from your update ? In 4th divsion of Belarus you must have 0 foreign player same D2 and D3. I forgot. look the level 2 rules (rules of original championship on the game).
