  1. Welcome to Loan Watch. Our feeder club is SpVgg Greuther Fürth in the 3.Liga. This will allow me to be able to send my best prospects off for meaningful football for a season. In our second season in this venture, we sent out MC/AMLC Josef Zorn, DLC Sunny Etim, DR Ciaran O'Reilly, AMLC/ST Tobias Schubert, ML/AMC/ST Yannick Krause and AMRL/ST Jovan Busch. The club ended up finishing 17th in 3.Liga last season and were relegated. Josef Zorn - An average season for the attacking midfielder, as he played 3,353 minutes of first team football, scoring 7 goals and assisting twice. An Avg Rating of 6.84 wasn't the best, but not the worst either. Sunny Etim - Playing mainly as a central defender, Sunny racked up 3,068 minutes of first team football for the club, assisting twice. His Avg Rating of 6.81 is also a decent marker of a spell there. Tobias Schubert - The striker appeared for 3,021 minutes this season. His 6 goals and 7 assists was half decent, as was his Avg Rating of 6.76, but goal droughts of both 4 and 3 months is quite worrying. Jovan Busch - A good loan for the young American as he appeared for 2,265 minutes this season, proving his worth over the season, despite not starting a game until October. His 13 goals led the team and his Avg Rating of 6.85 also led the team Yannick Krause - A poor loan spell for the young winger and his 289 minutes of first team football, scoring 2 goals for an Avg Rating of 6.80, was not what I was looking for. Ciaran O'Reilly - The Irish right back played 1,591 mins this season, not registering a goal or an assist. With his Avg Rating of 6.76, It is the very definition of mediocre.

The new kits will available to buy in June from Cottbus stores and selected adidas retail stores. Marius Tomas, fresh from committing his future with us, joined more than 300 supporters and members of staff in the seats at LEAG Arena to reveal the new adidas kit. “We’re in this together,” said Tomas. “The support we’ve received this season home and away, from our loyal supporters and from colleagues and friends across the Cottbus family has been immense. “Celebrating this moment together makes us excited to wear this shirt next season. It’s so powerful when we know teammates, supporters and friends are driving us on. We’re stronger when we’re moving forward, together.” said the captain. Jana Matueuz, Head of Product Placement for adidas said this about the partnership. "We are so happy that we are able to celebrate with Cottbus on this, their 80th anniversary of the founding of the football club. This club's modern, forward-thinking approach, whilst respecting their past traditions and customs makes them an excellent partner and we look forward to standing side by side with them as they take on Europe and beyond..."
  13. We wait ages for full backs and we get successive ones in intakes. We need to wave this magic for defensive midfielders now. Let's look at the Top 3 prospects! -------------------------------------------------- D/WBR/MC Vincenzo Incardona - Work Rate: 17, Pace 13, Techinque 14 - DNA: Passed This guy could be the successor to Markus Kallnik. He needs to be training with the first team and in a mentoring group with him ASAP GK Clemens Rask - Handling: 14, Reflexes 14, Command of Area 13 - DNA: Passed Loving this player. We need more keepers in case we lose any of our first two to big-money moves DM/MC Ante Grgic - Work Rate: 17, Pace 11, Techinque 13 - DNA: Passed We've got one prospect here for our DM slot, we're short on the SV role however.

  17. This is next season's lineup without moves. Let's look through to see when/where there are issues. GK - Demmig has overtaken Gosslar as our #1. Davies is our third choice and a long way from the other two, but Majewski came in through an emergency and could be a wild card DR - Kallnik is top and Ginter is easily backup. Dreher will be third choice DCR - Nothing changes thankfully, apart from the third choices DCL - Same here. DL - Bormann has usurped the starting role and Turgeman has moved into the backup spot. Etim makes the third choice. DMCR - Kraeft will be first choice as long as he is here. Luovadio second choice until he wants to leave. DMCL - Cakir is the starter, Mohr is the backup, but as ever, we're struggling with youth DM players ML - Jarosch is the starter, but barely. Derichs will be a starter soon enough and Murati is just the filler in third that placeholds before the maturing of our U-18's AMR - Injuries have done Waack out of the starters role, with Wenzel cemented. We don't really have a third choice with the non-contract Maier there as third choice AMC - Tomas is God. Simple. LGG's easily second, but Zorn is a very good third choice ST - Saidou is first choice, Muric is easily second and Schubert will be third when he comes back from loan
  18. The Stats Bundesliga Table Results to date Full Stats Shooting Tackling Passing Possession Defending The Eye Test For once, we've decided that we can continue to play at a high level, despite being in the cups. The whole team is playing at such a high level, but I'll end up having to pay out for the contracts soon. We're in contention for all three trophies we're in, however we need to prioritise finishing in the Champions League Qualifying Spots, as I've promised Tomas that we'll make it to stop him leaving for Liverpool. The Transfers OUT DC Paul Drinkuth (£600k, possibly rising to £1.6m, Karlsruhe SC) DR Ulaş Baş (£500k, possibly rising to £1.5m, Karlsruhe SC) Two youth players producing pure profit
  19. I think that I play the game in such a way, that staff just aren't good/weird enough to think like me.
  20. The Brief Season Seven in 1.Bundesliga, and the board brief was to Qualify for the Europa Conference League this season. That would require us to break the cycle of top half and bottom half alternating finishes we've had. In the DfB Pokal, the board want us to make the Quarter Finals. Finally, the board want us to make the Latter Stages of the UEFA Europa League. Our budgets were a reduction in wages to £1.3m and an increase to £48.5m transfer budget. The Results It's been a great start. Late winner against Wolfsburg and a good win against Gladbach. Only fly in the ointment was a complete battering of Dresden, without anything to show for it. The Transfers IN WBL Ömer Aydin (£500k, Hertha Berlin SC) AML/ST Tobias Schubert (£2.5m Hertha Berlin SC) We completed an audacious take-back raid of poached players this summer. A left back and striker, our two problem areas, now have some talent buttressing them. OUT ML/AMLC/ST Rene Binde (£2.5m, 1. FC Köln) The logjam is now cleared as Binde, already looking for a better contract, was shipped off to Köln so we could move forward.
