Current Facilities Well these are pretty darn good!

These are the players who are u21 who could potentially become part of the first team. We arent too bad here although struggling in some areas!

@deltablue not sure if you or someone else can do it but could we change the title of the thread to "[FM23] - Youth Only Journeyman Save" if possible?

2nd Club? As mentioned in the opening post this wasnt going to be a single club save. I wasnt planning on moving however I was approached by this team and just couldnt turn it down. I have also decided I can sign players that I have brought through in youth intakes moving forward to potentially keep some of those players together! They are having a shocking season sitting in 18th place and in the relegation spots.

Deadline Day To Forget Belle refused to sign a new contract with us due to the interest in him. Dortmund picked him up and are paying us £2.4m in compensation. This is an area we are not stacked in at all and whilst Augustin (YP27D) has some good potential he is fire from first team ready. I had managed to up his release clause to £25m in the summer yet our chairman decided to accept and over over £10m below this. At least we get the profit of the next sale!

End Of Season 2026-27 Results Whilst we had a very sticky February we managed to turn it around in March and whilst a bit inconsistent for the rest of the season it ensured we finished in the European playoff spots. European Playoffs Well this was a surprise. 2 amazing away performances ensured we could do some slight rotation for the home legs. Next season we will be playing in the Conference League! League Table Our best ever finish and European football next season! Dutch Cup An early exit this season! Player Of The Season - Rick Di Bie (YP24C) Started to make the right wing position his own now playing 31 (2) times with 9 goals and 11 assists! Young Player Of The Season - Desny Van Eijndhoven (YP24E) More a backup this season but when called upon really stepped up and scored some very important goals! 12 goal in only 16 starts is very impressive! Training Facility Improvement A big cost but necessary! Youth Progression

Yeah Steven Davis is one of the most celebrated up there! Where I live now (Larne) sold probably their best striker to Ballymena in the summer in David McDaid who seems to have done well in pre-season for you.

Live 20mins from the stadium. Its definitely one of the nicer stadiums and pitches (played on it a few times). They also have done up around the stadium very well and it is utilised by local youth teams such as Clough Rangers. The man you took over from, Davy Jeffrey is one of the most successful managers of all time in NI football (although mainly with Linfield). Good luck, I will follow!

Mid Season Review 2026-27 Results A much better first half of the season which started off fantastically with a win over Ajax. We have struggled somewhat as the year as went on but are much more competitive against the teams higher up! League Table We sit 6th currently which is an amazing achievement thus far. I know its probably not where we will finish but we are comfortably out of any relegation issues! Dutch Cup No dream run this year as De Graafschap knock out our backup young players in the 2nd round. Player Review - Benjamin Bazoer Now our starting left back. Showing great improvement and is now capped at u20 level for Holland. Transfers Sent a lot more players out on loan this year for some first team game time and also sold 2 players for a total of 170k. Youth Intake Preview This looks great. Its not a place I have managed in much either. But it has a decent youth rating and only 34 league games a season so I can get through them quite quickly and let the youth players develop. Will be very tough to topple PSV and Ajax though!

End Of Season 2025-26 Results A struggle for the 2nd half of the season but the 2 wind over Groningen and Emmen were absolutely vital in the end. League Table We finish 1 place outside the relegation playoffs. Our win over Emmen meant we were safe.......just. Dutch Cup Again we had an amazing run in the Dutch Cup but we didnt have the fairy tale ending as Ajax beat us 3-1 in the final Player Of The Season - Noah Coenen (YP24B) Fast becoming one of the first names on the teamsheet. He is developing really nicely and played 25 (7) times scoring 10 goals and getting 5 assists. Young Player Of The Season - Yigit Tekin (YP25B) Another young winger played really well this season and managed to get 9 (13) appearances averaging 7.20 and scoring 4 goals and getting 7 assists. Dutch Cup Final We gave it our best shot but Ajax where just too strong in the end for us as they scored twice in the last 10mins.

International Call-Ups Whilst we are struggling for form in the league this was a welcome sight. 10 players being called up at various levels for international involvement!

First Final We have reached a first ever final. We are going to get hammered but its a nice distraction from our poor league form!

Mid-Season Review 2025-26 Results Very up and down again and without a win in the last 6 Eredivise games. We are very much in transition mode currently with only 10 non youth graduates in the first team squad. Trying to give game time to those who are not necessarily ready for Eredivise football is a fine balance! League Table We are only a point clear of the relegation playoff and 4 clear of relegation spots. Big 2nd half of the season coming up! Dutch Cup This has been a very nice break from the league with 18 goals scored in only 2 games. A lot of youth players given game time in both of these and will also get game time in the game against Waalwijk Player Review - Gila Raaymakers (YP25F) One of the positives in the first half of the season. Hes a backup DM currently but in the 7 (1) appearances he has made he has scored 2 and assisted 3 with an impressive rating of 7.21! Transfers 2 youth players went out on loan for more game time whilst 2 former first teamers left! Training Facility Improvement Another improvement here! Youth Intake Preview Full backs would be great. Wingers and strikers we currently dont need but I guess I will take any squad depth I can! Youth Progression

I made the big decision to sell our first team goalkeeper and make Belle our number 1 moving forward. Coenen is definitely a first team player now and Bongers I will be keeping in the u18 this season!
