In all honesty I don't know (somewhat new to interacting with Netflix myself) - I'd suggest leaving it with us initially and seeing if we can find a way to make things work, but by all means reach out to them and indicate they have customers who are being prevented from using their games because of this.

Annoyingly it looks like Netflix have these devices blocked at present - we're enquiring as to why and whether we can get them enabled ...

Ok most have motivational advantages and disadvantages if you click on the title on your manager profile it'll take you to a page which shows which players are positively and negatively affected by the title. With entertainer it'll make some players more enthusiastic about joining you and raise their creativity somewhat, this can lead to over elaboration at times (think Arsenal under Wenger searching for that perfect goal) - but that can be rectified somewhat by using tactical instructions and ensuring that the players you want to shoot are suitably selfish ... (at some point if you're interested I'll try and knock up a post detailing all the titles and their effects etc. - but most things should be somewhat visible through comments on the player profiles and the actual list of players affected by the titles etc.)

Manager titles are unlocked through gameplay and they unlock when the game world recognizes you as having a particular style of play ... so for Money Maker you'd have to make a large profit over a period of time through transfers etc. - from your screenshots it looks like you have several already? Hair Dryer is unlocked by treating the team sternly btw - so lots of aggressive teamtalks and criticizing players etc.

Can you indicate which country you're based within please?

^ Navelgazer has it in a nutshell - some players will get inflated ego's the earlier they make the first team and might be better left in the youth team where they might mature and improve their attitude before coming up, others who are model citizens might blossom being in a first team environment ... when and how you promote them is obviously up to you as their manager ... you might 'need' that hot young striker now, regardless of his attitude ..

Also out of interest what is 'game turbo' ? - the only thing I can find is that its a game speed enhancer, I'm guessing it keeps some aspects of a game in memory and might be causing your issue ... any chance you can reboot, disable it and then try again?

I'll double check - it might be a typo as some accomplishments were removed because they're not applicable inside Netflix, ie. 'Window Shopper' for going to the store page etc. ... if it is a bug then we'll update and get a fix rolled out asap

Please make sure your Netflix app is up to date on your device and it should (I believe) work fine - I'm updating my Chromebook here and will try and remember to reply and confirm its working here at some point tomorrow, but I have verified that your first premise - ie. Netflix isn't available isn't correct and I've also verified that I can download both that and the game on my Chromebook (but I need to charge it more before I can go further and its 10pm so I'm about to crash out for the day). https://help.netflix.com/en/node/296 PS - What country are you located within out of interest? (as I know some countries don't have access Netflix, but its a very few).

Can you send me a screenshot of your game during a match please so I can ascertain what is happening for you, as it might be a different issue and I'd obviously like to get everyone up and running as soon as possible. (what exactly happened in your game if you don't mind and how frequently is it occuring?)

Players will automatically attempt to learn the language of the club they're at, unless they're asses in which case they'll indicate they have no interest in doing so. You can encourage this by bringing in people they have relationships with who can speak the language you want them to learn or by giving them a mentor who speaks the language.

Just wanted to say 'sorry' for this, its something that escaped our testing and it only occurs on the 'Original' match engine an then only when a save game is reloaded, I've managed to recreate this issue and implemented a fix that we'll get properly tested and out to people as soon as possible. Until then I'd recommend using the Enhanced match engine if at all feasible upon your devices, this engine incidentally is more fully fleshed out and will allow access to some features missing in the older match engine.

Also if possible please let us know the following: * Leagues active * Language used * Device Used * OS Used (and version) * Any other configuration settings of interest (in this case are you using the Enhance or Original match engine?)

I'm afraid its not available in Brazil (same thing with all FM products I believe) - other countries I think its unavailable in are China, Russia and Belarus ... everywhere else I believe it should be available.

Uncomfortable on the ball is largely down to how much players want to retain posession and are comfortable with the ball - so yeah its largely related to them being under pressure, so a defender who has that trait is likely to just lump the ball away when put under pressure because he doesn't have the confidence/ability to do otherwise ... the technique is important because it can cause a player to be under pressure more easily, ie. I'm an amateur defender, when I (cough) control the ball from a pass often that means it ends up a couple of feet away from me, this gives opposition players more opportunity to close me down than a more technical player who might have it instantly under his control etc. (does that make sense?)

RSeven is largely correct - that is down to 'dribbling' and 'technique' .. basically how comfortable someone is on the ball under pressure, I'd also suggest making sure players have good decisions if you're trying to play that way.

I can confirm this is not the case and it's available on all tiers of membership including the lowest tier "Standard with adverts" (if this is available in your region). The App should also now be available if you check the Netflix App, there was a slight delay to this being visible.

There are licensing restrictions which prevent us doing specific things within the game, for instance we can't sample the real-life results and allow you to begin exactly as they are irl at the time you begin etc.

I've mentioned a few things already (new referee instructions (ie. what has happened in the Premiership with additional extra time), Goal Droughts, Increased players in database & national teams available to be managed ... but tbh I think some of the 'fun' is people discovering things as they play so I don't want to go through things in minute detail and explain every new media item etc. ... sometimes its more enjoyable to discover things yourself?

The transfer value is the perceived value of a player within the game world, if someone is rotting in the reserves for his side then he's not generally considered part of the first team and is priced appropriately ... so if you dump a first team squad member into the reserves then it will devalue him in the eyes of people, a bit like when a player falls out with his manager in real-life and is forced to train with the reserve team. This doesn't mean you have to let him go cheap, but you can probably expect a few clubs to make a speculative bid just in case you decide its time for him to move on (should generally only be really noticeable for established players obviously).

I'll consider this - but the reason it isn't in the game is that generally reserve games are mid-week and first team games at the weekend so its not really possible to 'know' what the user has planned, ie. would it annoy you if you went to field a player on the Saturday and discovered that he'd played in a reserve match a day or two before?
