    Rice isn't a player who can operate at the base, as the 'pivot', or whatever you want to call the role. Wasn't great there vs. Wales and he's not playing well there now. It's one of the big reasons why England's buildup has been so bad. Central defenders having to ignore him. Unfortunately I don't think England have an alternative

    They need to change it so that it's one smooth run up. None of this stopping completely rubbish that can be abused. If you're going to nail keepers to the line - and that's a decent change imo - then don't allow takers to fake them to an extent where they're coming off the line

    I think they'll beat Holland. They've got a team that works well together. Australia had nothing until they fluked a goal. Then Argentina felt a bit of pressure and it became harder. So long as they get Di María back and don't play a back three, they'll be alright

    Yeh she is awful. Not the worst - not even the worst on this programme given Micah Richards is sitting right next to her - but she'd be close to the bottom of any list
