It doesn't. The players you've previously controlled will not be touched by your assistant.

I'm not talking about delegating all training. If at some point I took control of a single player's training, how do I cede control of that player's training if I want it to go back to my assistants?

This post is an insult to the researchers who volunteer countless hours to make the database as accurate as possible. You are implying that Mudryk was neglected, and I can assure you that is not the case.

fair point. either way, it needs fixed and it's insane for anyone to explain that it's not fixed because it would put a strain on processing

SI, as a multi million dollar company, shouldn't need its customers to post suggestions to fix fundamental flaws within the game. This is not a feature request, it’s a bug. It shouldn’t need to be posted to the bug forum either because if anyone on the dev team actually plays the game, they would know this.

Terrible example. You cannot think we are stupid enough to accept that the reason why this change is not practical is because it would require a much better processor. This is a state-based change we're talking about. it doesn't take much processing power at all to simply flip a switch.

I currently use my U21 club as a finishing school for prospects that are not ready for my 1st team, too good for my U18 team, and do not have any good loan offers. We know that U21 and 1st team share the same training schedule plans, and the U18 has their own youth schedules. My question is, should I create a custom schedule for the U21 that mirrors the youth schedules or should I continue to use the 1st team schedules given to me??

Every year I play a lower league (Vanarama North/South and sometimes lower with a custom game file). This year does seem better because of the match engine upgrades. The game does feel better at that level. That's about it though

When starting a new save, very rarely do I want to take over a team that has a manager. It doesn’t seem very realistic. A great feature would be if you could go on holiday indefinitely until the manager of a club that you choose is sacked or leaves on his own. That way you can take over your favorite club naturally and more realistic

I don't know why a club would care about the potential if they are just wanting to loan the guy. It's possible that your players are just not good enough currently. Maybe you're asking for too much in wages.

I do not concur with this advice. U18 players benefit more from training. If he’s always tired from matches, he will never train or will train poorly, thus developing poorly

Depends on if you control an area of your youth team or not. If you do control an area under responsibilities, such as training or squad selection, the only way I know to fix it is to temporarily delegate all youth responsibilities. Once you do that, go to the development center, then the overview screen for your youth squad, and you will see the primary tactic dropdown box. Select that to whatever tactic you want them to run. Note: After writing this I realize that I may have misunderstood your question. I typically use slots 1 and 2 for my main team and slot 3 for my youth. The only way to have 3 completely new tactic slots is to fire the youth manager and take over yourself, which can be irritating for a few reasons.

I would LOVE an answer to this. I also take the approach of a single great coach for each category and any remaining coaches will literally help out in every other session to keep the workload down. I never thought about if my secondary and tertiary coaches were overworked to the point of having a negative influence.

I would honestly go by his performances. If he's the star of all the U18 matches, move him to the U21. If he only gets average ratings in U18 matches, he's probably at the right level

I got this email about my 17-year-old youth player developing a new trait. It seems weird that this would be something he develops at 17, but I also cannot find this trait in the editor or on his profile. What's up with that??

My 17-year-old future wonder kid is natural at CM and AM. His shooting is so exceptional, it doesn't seem right to put him in the midfield. His quickness is an issue. This is a unique player and I'm sort of at a loss at to how best develop him

Would you happen to know where I can find info on the U21 league structure? Literally all my searches come back with New England football (American) and England u21 national team.
