  1. I do not check recruitment focus historic. I use instead scouted players section and apply the filters I want
  2. I was watching a match of my under 19 team when on the Dugout it appears a notification with a button to take off a player from the field. Since I wasn't the manager doesn't make sense to have this action available I guess. Check attachment for the evidence of what I'm reporting.
  3. When defining a task for a scout is possible to choose a formation based on your current tactics. That's means the scout will look for players that fit on those roles

If your computer task manager shows very frequent disk usage, that's a signal of lack of RAM memory and you computer response time will be slower overall

However if scouts suggest a young player with good potential I will buy him, it might be useful for first team after a few seasons or after fully developed it might return a good transfer fee

European football is different from South American football, some players only shine on 2nd season and others like Gabriel Barbosa and Everton "Cebolinha", despite being very good Brazilian Serie A players, they had failed to succeed on European football so far
  11. At least 5 games. Aside attributes, I think training performance is also very important. Training performance rating over 8 it means they player will improve, under 8 the player evolution might stall or decline. When I have youth player classified with low potential or low number of stars, if he's training well and showing some progress, I will offer him a professional contract to see how far he goes. Sometimes they turn into very decent players allowing you to get a decent transfer fee
  12. Determination is affect by overall personalities of your squad and by mentoring. I had case of a youth player with good potential, however the coach report report some problem with consistency. I was training Bayern, so I put the player on main squad available for U18, being mentored by Thomas Muller, a player with one the best personality type. After one season of mentoring the lack of consistency disappear from coach report. Mentoring seems to be useful to solve lack of consistency

  14. Using trials doesn't mean ignore scouting. If you keep your scouting working you might get some free transfer players fully scouted, because they played for a team on a previous season and your scout watched some of their matches. Saving trial time to have full knowledge
  15. I like to have full control of the players hired to my squad. However when I'm managing low leagues clubs usually I look for free transfer players. Free transfer players are hard to scout because they don't play matches, so I try get then on a 2 weeks trial, at least, to reveal their attributes and get some staff evaluation about player potential. Aside check player search on scouting section, I also ask for free transfer / loan recommendations to director of football. Sometimes loan market players also accept a trial, because scout them will take lot of time, due staff low skill and non professional contract. That's the kind of help and advice I usually ask to Director of Football
  16. Having players with good determination and work rate will help to improve training performance. Will be also useful for high pressing tactics like tiki taka or gegenpress
  17. I think determination and work rate attributes will also influence training performances. I think coaches motivating atribute will also boost players training performace
