When you Get a job as a manager and earn your salary, wouldnt it be nice to spend it on something? Would be nice to actually have a reason to negotiate a higher salary at your Club. Its nice to know you have security at the Club with 200k a week, but why bother with it?’ If u cant spend it or do anything with it? Am i the only one wanting to spend my earnings on something?

Nah, this topic has been done to death. I do think earning more helps increase your reputation though so there's some incentive to get big contracts

High salary means that it costs your club more to sack you, so there is an increase in job stability by earning more.  As said above, though, this has been brought up before and SI have been clear that this is not a feature that is being considered in the immediate future.

Its in your interests to take the smallest salary you can as its a drain on club finances

What would you want to spend it on? Maybe an import to GTA or something

Interesting topic. I wish negotiations were more flexible and varied, with more options and perks, such as coaching courses (and a villa in Ibiza, etc.).

As it's now, the negotiations are very short and limited.
