Xavier Lukhas
The question is in the title. Staff members have an hidden attribute named "Player", which doesn't seem to have an obvious use. But it's there and it seems (although I may be mistaken) to have a CA cost, so I wonder what this attribute does.
Scotty Walds
Is it "Buying Players"?
Xavier Lukhas
Nope, just "Player" or "Players". You can't see it with the official editing tools, but third party software display it.
SI Staff EdL Posted May 16, 2020 SI Staff Share Posted May 16, 2020 Whatever it is these thirdparty tools have named it wrong, there isn't an attribute called that

Would you care to tell us what this attribute is about?
SI Staff EdL Posted May 16, 2020 SI Staff Share Posted May 16, 2020 I have no idea as I said they've named it wrongly, but trying to compare that list to the actual attributes (in the pre-game editor) it isn't particularly apparent to me what it is - a fair few seem mismatched or missing. The lesson is don't use dubious third party tools
Xavier Lukhas
I'd say that calling FMRTE or FMSE "dubious third party tools" is harsh, but thanks for your answer. I guess it's not up to SI to say whatt hey meant with this attribute. The mystery remains... . Actually someone had that same question over a decade ago! FrazT
Sorry, but we cannot discuss any third part tools like that on our forums. Why not ask the tool creator?
