CONCACAF Nations League addition

So with the news that the CONCACAF Nations League being formed earlier this year, I thought that maybe FM hasn't been into the word about this recent development in North America that they might not have seen. Because you want to keep relevant in real life football and with the expansion of the Gold Cup to 16 teams for 2019, this would be a good step.

For all people who might not notice what I am talking about here:

I live in CONCACAF and the problem with this is that there are little to no details with how the qualification from the Nations league for the gold cup would work. As logically the teams that are in Group A at the end of the competition would qualify for the Gold Cup but there are 16 spots in the gold cup and only 12 teams in Group A so unless CONCACAF releases more details about how it'll work and there being enough time for SI to work it into the game i think you'll see the Nations league in the game but it won't serve as the gold cup qualifiers and the gold cup will most likely remain with 12 spots

IMHO a solution with all the 12 team from Nations League A, and the best 4 teams from Nations League B qualified for the Gold Cup should be more realistic, since Concacaf has already stated that future editions will be with 16 teams. Not sure if this will be the real final solution (there can be a play-off maybe for the last 4 places), but a Gold Cup with 12 teams will be unrealistic for sure.
