daleuk8
Hi, I wondered if anyone could give any light on how/when to use in game team talks?
tyro
If you hover over an option it tells you a bit about it - what it does. However, when I did use it, I didn't see much of an effect (at least visible).
daleuk8
I just wondered if anyone has had much success with them?
Akselito
Search for Raikan007 teamtalk guide fm14 on google. It is working well in FM15 although the guide was written for FM14
Steve Odom
These teamtalk guides always seem to forget about personality, including that one. It just takes some time to learn to know your squad, then they become relatively easy. Why not do them a lot? You're bound to learn to know your team, especially if you build a professional, determined and resilients squad of players.

displaced_seagull
As always with FM, there are many ways of approaching it - there is no right or wrong answer (which is why I hold little truck with the myriad of 'Team Talk Guides' out there - it depends on your team, and you as manager should know how they react to certain situations) I have been using the in-match team talks and have found them extremely effective - I tend to use 'Concentrate' and 'Tighten Up' when trying to hold on late on, 'Push Forward' works well when looking to get more bodies forward etc. Have a play, see what works for you. The key thing to look at when choosing what to do is the Players Body Language.
crossbarchallenger
"Encourage" when players are nervous. "Calm down" when Balotelli is aggressive and already on a yellow card. Not sure how much of an effect they have, especially the second one.
