Santa Claus
For eg. if I have a 4 star natural amc, who when placed on ml has 1 star, that he will at ml position perform exactly as player who has 1 star but ml as natural position?
Cougar2010
Not IMO. If he has the right attributes he will put in a decent performance irrelevant of his ability at that position.
rinso
Personally, I would always rather play a winger at ML than someone who can "maybe" play there... I'm not entirely sure that it would make much of a difference if they both have the same positional star rating...
Nobby_McDonald
The player will still have the quality, but he won't be as effective in a weaker position.
Miravlix
The player may run around with, let's say, 20 passing. When he plays in a often used position, he will be really good at passing, but putting him in a unfamiliar position or if he has been off injured for a long time he won't perform as if he has 20 passing, his effective level is lower due to lower familiarity with the job. (Though some stats might be less hurt, than others, passing is just one that always takes a huge hit)
