Havent they always been in? I'd be amazed if they removed either. I personally use 3D but occaisonally drop into 2d to monitor shape. Hope and expect the answer to be yes. I think the commentary bar is a historic feature that I remember all the way back to when I first played CM, it wouldn't look right (for me) without the flashing bar every time someone scores!
