BigRoboCrouch
And you know what is even funnier?i suspect that he skipped training because he ONCE went mad at me when i sub him at the end of the first half.......i did that only because he got injured during that game and i didnt want to risk a serious injury for 1 of my best players! now i will probably have to sell him at the end of the season. gunner86
This is untolerable behaviour in my opinion, throw the book at him! Or if your like me and don't read books, throw your FM box at him.
RyanBRFC
If I missed work in real life and I got fined for it I'd be angry at it.. If I missed work and I got warned for it I'd be fine and take it on board.. If I missed work serveral times and got fined I think it was fair.. gunner86
Good point, but is going AWOL not classed as gross misconduct? Which is obviously a severe problem.

BigCisHere
It's always far better to issue warnings before you start fining players. If a player of mine gets sent off, I always issue with a warning. It keeps them in line, and they always accept the warning. If you start letting them off with no action, if you suddenly take action, they can feel hard done by. Of course if they do it again, then you can start considering fines. But make sure they respect your presence
DanGLiverpool
I go instant 2 week fine, being the money conscious man I am, and normally they accept it. If they get angry, they get over it after a while. If not, I sell them and bring in a cheaper replacement who is just as good.
