brettney1980
Your Nation needs you!! Michel Platini has inducted 6 new nations into UEFA and soon after Sepp Blatter under pressure had to follow suite and allow those previously unrepresented nations into FIFA ... Those Nations are West Papua, Gibraltar, Kosovo, Greenland, The Juan Fernandez Islands and The Falkland Isles. Your job has new head of these nations FA's is to help form clubs sides for your association help with the running of these clubs as well as overseeing the building of Stadiums, Training Centres and Youth Academy's. So you may not know alot about these nations so lets take a little look at them; West Papua is the Western half of the island of New Guinea the Eastern half is already represented by Papua new guinea and the western half was controversily incorporated into Indonesia (i'm not going to go into politics so we'll leave it there). Capital: Jayapura. Clubs: Persipura, Perseman. Grounds: Mandala, Sanggeng. + Persipura are already a top club in Indonesia and have won the Indonesian Premier division twice in the last 10 years. - Not a higly populated country difficult to qualify from the Oceania region at the start. Gibraltar is a self governing overseas British territory located on the southern end of the Iberian peninsular and Europe at the entrance of the Mediterranean overlooking the Strait of Gibraltar. Capital: Gibraltar City. Clubs: St. Joseph, Gibraltar Utd. Grounds: Victoria Stadium, Duarte Stadium. + Club sides will be competing in the Portuguese leagues. - The clubs are basic and so will need money spent on them. Kosovo is a disputed region in the Balkans. Its majority is governed by the partially- recognised Republic of Kosovo. Kosovo is landlocked and is bordered by Macedonia to the south, Albania to the west, the region of Central Serbia to the north and east, and Montenegro to the northwest. Capital: Pristina. Clubs: Pristina, Besa. Grounds: Gradski Stadion, Shahin Haxhiislami. + Kosovo is the highest populated of the new nations so should find it easier to find new players. - Will have rivalrys with all nearby former Yugoslav nations so could have alot of tough games at International level. Greenland is a member country of the Kingdom of Denmark located between the Arctic and Atlantic Oceans, east of the Canadian Arctic Archipelago Though physiographically and ethnically an Arctic island country historically and geographically a part of the continent of North America, since the 18th century Greenland has been politically associated with Europe, specifically Denmark. In 1979, Denmark granted home rule to Greenland, with a relationship described by the Rigsfællesskabet, and in 2008 Greenland voted to become a separate country within the Kingdom of Denmark. Capital: Nuuk. Clubs: B-67, Nagdlunguak. Grounds: Nuuk Stadium (The only ground in Greenland due to the difficultys of keeping a pitch in good condition). + Greenlands clubs will be entering the Danish league so could find this easier than some. - Greenland is the least densely populated country in the world. Juan Fernandez Islands are a sparsely inhabited island group reliant on tourism and fishing in the South Pacific Ocean, situated about 667 km off the coast of Chile, and is composed of several volcanic islands which includes Easter Island. Capital: San Juan Bautista. Clubs: Sporting Club Robinson Crusoe, Moai o Rapa Nui. Grounds: Robinson Crusoe Arena, Moai Arena. + The Nation will be entering the North American qualifying which contains alot of small nations so has the potential to qualify for World Cups quicker. - The club sides will play in the Chilean league as well as Falklands clubs so could be tricky. Falkland Isles are an archipelago in the South Atlantic Ocean, located 300 miles (480 km) from the coast of Argentina. The islands are a self-governing Overseas Territory of the United Kingdom. Capital: Stanley. Clubs: Stanley, Port Louis FC. Grounds: Alan Huckle Arena, Oilers Stadium. + More Nations Qualify from the South American group. - Could find the South American group very difficult. To add to the above nations some current low rep nations will be taking on a new head for their FA's so 4 can be picked from the following: Cook Islands, American Samoa, Papua New Guinea, Seychelles, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Myanmar, Faroe Islands, Andorra, Luxembourg or Liechtenstein. brettney1980
So what do you the sign-upee need to decide: Do you want to be the Chief Executive of a nations FA or the Chairman of 1 of the new nations football clubs?? If you want to be FA Chief Executive copy and paste the form below adding your name next to the Nation you would like, or add a Nation if you don't want 1 of the created nations. If you want to be a Chairman of a club follow the following form then add your name to the club side you desire (please don't add to a club in a non created nation unless that Nation has a Chief Executive already). Chairman form: CA/PA - 150/200. Name: Nationality: Date of Birth: (55 points to spend on the following) Business: Interference (1point=20 2=19 etc.): Patience: Resources: Person Data (3 at 20) choose from the following Adaptability, Ambition, Controversy, Determination, Loyalty, Pressure, Professionalism, Sportsmanship and Temperament): Leagues loaded: Chilean: Falklands and Juan Fernandez Islands teams. Danish: Greenland teams. Indian: Nepalese teams. Indonesian: West Papuan and Cook Islands. Portuguese: Gibraltar teams. Swiss: Liechtenstein teams. Serbian: Kosovan teams. Right now to answer any questions you might have, What can you do if your team isn't performing? You can sack your manager or ask for emergency help from your Nations FA Chief Executive this "Help" can only be given twice every 4 years, which can mean once per club or both for a really in need club. What is the Emergency help? The 3 options are: The chance to turn some of your points into cash and spend right away, a morale boosting team building week away or a 3 man super training day (a +5 CA for 3 players). Will a points system be in place for the club sides? Yes, i have divised a system simillar to the Nation system see the same post. What will happen to the Clubs that didn't update their clubs in time? I've decided the clubs will have 100 Rep, Level 1 Training, Level 1 Youth and 5,000 seater stadium, the clubs will be improved though if the Chairman of the clubs or FA Chief Executive of their Nation posts what they want.
