s1111 Posted February 25, 2016 Share Posted February 25, 2016 When Pep joined Bayern I think he had 'Has a preference to manage Bayern' in his career plans on FM 14.3, which led to him getting the job after Heynckes retired at the end of the season. I'm not sure manager's can be set in the database to leave at the end of their contracts though like players, so I don't think Pellegrini can be forced to leave as he's not retiring like Heynckes was. Pep and Ancelotti will probably have a preference to manage Man City/Bayern in their profiles and the game will have to do the rest. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'm pretty sure the game could easily realize a real player managing this side would not get sacked, maybe a preference under manager information giving them a higher chance would be the best idea.
