Naor5563
Hello everyone. Are you feeling the effect of the real time team talk? despite trying always to be involved and shout I can't find it helpful. without a doubt, this is bring some reality in to the game, but how can we know it's work? if it's work for you - You got some tips how to use it? dllu
It's hard to say if there is a noticeable effect, but I generally try to pay attention to my assman's reports during the game and react. So if he says we're misplacing our long passes I'll ask the players to play shorter passes etc. It seems to me that they listen to my shouts and that there is a positive reaction, at least for a while afterwards - but again, I have no concrete evidence to back it up. HUNT3R
Fired up, high morale players will for the most part play better than those who aren't. How much will be very difficult to quantify.

Wavelberry
It does have an effect. Sometimes it's just for a few minutes but I've managed to chill nervous players out or rocket complacent ones. It doesn't work for every player every time but it does have an effect. JoePalestine
I start every game with 10 shouts, it massively changes the way we play, the actual team talk bit i use often with what seems like and effect, if we score i sometimes tell them to push forward and we score again withing 5 minutes, especially if we have the upperhand on shots and possession.
