Ben Mann
Has the ability to loan a player back to their previous club after a transfer been put in the game?
rusty_u
Nope. Or at least not that I've seen, and you'd think it would be fairly obvious.

Deltaroad
Who is doing it now? Well someone must have done it or else this concept won't have been mentioned. Or did clubs do it then the FA didn't allow it?
Colorado
Doesnt matter if FA dont allow it, other nations do.
solstar
In Spain Real madrid have done this, the most recent example is Garay at Racing Santander. Its rare for English sides to do it at least at higher league level but I believe when Walcott was sold to Arsenal, Southampton had asked to retain him for the end of the season, no-one question if this was legal or not. craigy18181
would you not just agree a transfer for say 3 years time?
arfaern
Doesnt matter if FA dont allow it, other nations do. Agreed English FA does not regulate all the leagues around the world. I think that the Italian FA and German FA allow this.
Hamenaglar
You can set the date at which you want the transfer to go (such as end of season etc) so you can actually make a deal with a club to sell/buy player, but that he continues to play for you for some extent of time.
