Smurf Posted May 18, 2012 Share Posted May 18, 2012 You do get the updates. Don't know why others are saying you don't. I bought mine in store and you get the updates. You need to have Steam running on your computer and be logged in. Install the game. And Steam will apply the updates automatically. If you don't want to update automatically you can change this in the preferences. If you can't always have an internet connection you can turn Steam to Offline Mode AFTER you've installed the game. milnerpoint Posted May 18, 2012 Share Posted May 18, 2012 Yes you can still update the game if you have not bought it through steam, you have to activate the game through steam, you have no option on that, and the game will update as soon as you activate it.
